The suitcases around the open world map that you can open will have a bunch of free stuff, and you can change the appearance of looted gear you're wearing via the modding menu.

There's a fair bit of tacti-cool in the game, honestly you're spoiled for choice if what you want is face bits that go with that outfit.
Don't underestimate the cosmetic options for gear masks too, very slept on in the fashion scene.

There's a few options where you can make that combo work, the umbra face mask is free for everyone, and then you just have to find the right glasses.
just threw a quick one together, not sold on the glasses choice.

The worst bit is the new bundle gets shot in the thigh by the anti clipping fix they've implemented a while ago. There is supposed to be a balaclava underneath when using the top as shown in the promotional image however in game its just not there. comparison with a top that shows the proper look of the mask.

it feels like the art team for apparel has been getting the short end of the stick when it comes to full head & face cover masks due to the public build having the aforementioned fix. Alongside this being such a low impact thing that at worst is a massive annoyance, it seems quite likely that a change for this is so far down on the list of things to do that it'll never get fixed or it will at the end of mainline support for the game.

The most probable thing that can happen is a revert of the clipping fix. However that change has been in the game for so long and a whole lot of new apparel has been added after that a revert can potentially break/alter apparel items folks paid/grinded for. While I for sure would prefer dealing with some clipping/broken apparel to have the necks covered fully, I'm certain some won't like that.

@manic flower Its called the Maneuver helmet
it was part of a larger set but I only got the helmet to pair it with my custom LMB outfit

It has a pair of lights on the back and sides of the helmet
this helmet has it blue and the Fang pack's reskin has them as green

it also has digital camo on the helmet and a flashlight
similar to the tactical integral helmet but has its differences

Currently not on the store, but the alternative Fang version is on the steam store, not sure about other storefronts
