All open world rogues use D&H masks (3 types), gloves (1), holsters (4), and kneepads (3). Also the fingerless Providence gloves. Chest and bp are custom, up to you. Shoes are often a slight variation on the Field Technician shoes (in the pic from @cold parrot) or some other boots I’ve never found in the store, pants are often like the ones Atlas posted (Agent Yeong-Ja pants. If you don’t have those from a past season, there are blue or green variants in the store, or really any black pants will do, I like the Midnight pants), or often a black variant of the Agent Ward pants from Y1 pass. Tops include color variants of the Harrier jacket, pathfinder shirt, or any of the compression shirts or button down you get by default (grey section) like Atlas posted. That scarf is the explorer scarf.

I find that the division has gone down in terms of customization of the agent before it was better the clothes they were not weird like on the division 2 we could put jackets down jackets just sweaters the mask was beautiful we could even add a cap on top of the hunter mask frankly its to regress well

I think Division 2 offers more variety in apparel but I agree everything fit much better in Division 1. Hunter masks in Division 2 are quite disappointing. Too big, too round, too far off the front of the players face, no full balaclavas, can't wear any headgear with them. Some of the newer hunter masks in Div2 like Wright's Mask and Carmine are an improvement though.

Unlike our global version, the CN version is PC only I guess that's why it's easier for them to develop a ton of cosmetics (aside from them being paid and stuff)

It's also worth mentioning the Chinese version of Div2 is PC only, so doesn't have to support and function on an "old" system like PS4. Doubt that really matters for outfits/cosmetics, but it could I guess for some of the more eloborate effects.

The large shoulder pads you are referring to are just real armor pads, breakpoints specifically just does a horrible job tightly fitting it on character models (because the devs had severe issues with clipping)

Let's be honest, nothing is worth the price they charge for cosmetics in this game and yet people will still pay it. What was stopping them from charging $5-10? Nothing because they know that a large portion of the player base will part with their cash.

My concern here is that they're not even giving people at different income brackets the option to buy stuff like this. I always hear from people that "i just don't have the budget" or "unaffordable" or "too expensive" and yet they still churn out something worth more than the hourly minimum wage.

At 2200 credits it's over $20 per set. Which to me is insane.

I think it's a camo version instead of the black version. Personally I like the black clothes and vest, so I only bought the three pieces which is around 1100 credits. Still expensive but at least it's like half the cost for me.

The vest is by far the best one I've seen. It doesn't float and clings onto the body, and the backpacks interact well with it.

The Division 2 is not at all comparable to the old GTA games because it is a live service model that requires the developers to host servers on their hardware and do the necessary upkeep. The old GTA games, on the other hand, run entire on the consumer's hardware. So yes, in this case, it is likely that people buying season passes and cosmetics are the ones paying for that upkeep and incentivizing Massive and Ubisoft to prolong the game's life span.

Man, there are so many military guys out there running jeans and flannels and tactical operators. It is actually a common thing for them since they barely have even time to change into their gear when shitstorm happens.

And you dont have to be so offensive and automatically try insult other people intelligence. I know that it is difficult to accept the fact that not all people will agree with your opinion.

Lastly division agents are mostly regular people based on the intro of the first game. I dont even them recall being military people but regular ones. This game is set during post apocalyptic scenario so wearing trashy stuff with bunch of plates and kneepads seems kinda immersive to me.

And lastly flannels look kinda good and saying how everyone agrees with you insulting someone else is kinda hilarious but i guess all power to you. People like different things and maybe that is something you should learn how to accept.

I like the red flanell lol, still use it in some of my outfits. Still, The Division's style isn't tacticool since the first game. It has always been sleeper agents from every walk of life getting called into action. Even the trailers don't show agents in tacticool unless its to promote an apparel event back then. Anyways, I gladly accept the tacticool and casual wear of the agents

I am a military nerd and i played ghost recon and division games with guys from military. Maturity comes from them i learned a lot. They played as cowboy dudes with hats when i was rocking flannels and jeans and we had so much fun. No one was a pretentious moron.

Exactly not to mention last two GR games as well. Sentinels having jeans and shirts. Shame the lack of gear on them. Wildlands had civilian looking kits to blend in. Flannels and shit are common thing.

Division agents are regular people and when activated they have no time to take their gear and shit. I always imagined division agents as someone on call having civilian fits with basic vests and stuff.

I still think you can create some nice fits. Not much of military but the civilian looking can be nice.

This is the one that was on the CN version last year. Seems like they've changed it up.

I've noticed that they REALLY REALLY do not want to bring whacky slightly over the top cosmetics to this game because most of the ported stuff tends to be toned down most of the time
