Yes, they are. When it comes to apparel events, you're in a time limit to earn them for free. Once it's over, you'll have to just buy them with premium credits. Hell, it's on a mark up, given that during an apparel event, it only costs 100 credits a box, but buying them afterwards will cost 3-8 times more in premium credits.

The only things extremely difficult to get, even with money, are outfit sets tied to past season passes. Which is why some will buy season passes and work to at least level 100. Once you miss a season pass, well, it's unknown if they'll come around again.

I need opinions on fashion. does anyone have an idea if a shirt that looks lik ethe reaper one exists. with a hood like it but all black? i wanna make a like tactical look, almost like swat gear. I love the midnight mask but it alone doesn't cover the whole head, ( why :\ ) so i put a hoodie to solve the problem. however, the reaper one looks like a sweater more than a pice of swat gear...

this is what i've created so far which was my look back on console but i don't like the shirt... weaver is like perfect but the hat that comes baked within it looks goofy to me.

You can make a second character, make ur way up around level 20 and go gear hunting. The appearance mods transfer also to your main character. That's what i did and still doing

i use the crash bag, hana-u corp (green), its minimalistic, or the "trapezius" go-bag, wyvern wear (purple)

i believe i resolved the issue where it wasnt known to make how the mask shows through the see no evil one... you need to have a female character. for some reason any balaclava mask lets the mask your characters are wearing show through.
