for the specter one i just the bottom windows then the top windows at a infected site and he appeared

bunch of steps to follow and most gotta be done at night

each hunter has some steps you must do they can spawn solo in pairs and groups of 4]

thankfully there is only 2 4 group of hunters one are the Christmas tree hunters in DC the other group of 4 is in NY the foodtruck hunters

while you can solo them when they spawn in pairs its best to have someone with you cause even on normal they can mess you up they hack your skills and emp pulse so you cant use em

i just waited till they spawned use riot foam and just killed them before they could do anything

NY firefighters have a black jacket with green reflections on it, this one is white so it could mostly be trash collector. I think we should have a JTF Themed apparel event for the next update, with accurate outfits, not the Division 1 JTF outfit (That doesn't Have JTF lettering anywhere on it) or the Division 2 (Just a Regular OCP National Guard Uniform) I feel like JTF fans have been getting dunked on.
