gota say im not a fan of the lack of skins compared to division 1. The one thing from the start that the division 1 did right was skin variety, almost every type of camo pattern in use by the worlds militaries and many that wernt and were just color combinations in different patterns or even solid colors.

it doesnt matter, this isnt the division1, they didnt have to start from scratch, camo as a skin is NOT hard from a art perspective to import or implement. As its a repeating or random pattern with ussually 1-4 colors selected for the pattern
there is zero reason for at launch there to be a step back in the selection of camo/skins for weapons.
im betting they could even just drag and drop the texture files from division 1 game files into the division 2 and not have any issues

If you oneshot a hunter that's probably why. You have to decode their cypher to get it. Since you shreked them in a shot without doing their cipher you cant get it on that character

What are the currently available exotics in the game right now? Liberty, Merciless, Sweet Dreams, Chatterbox, Pestilence (+Ruthless and Lullaby), am I missing some? Also the few parts for the sniper that you can get but not the weapon in full yet.

norm is pretty much your go-to difficulty before you reach gear score 500, then if you get the right weapons and pieces you should be able to manage hard, then min-max your equipment to ge the right talents, thats the point where you want to do challenge
you dont have to feel bad about playing normal though cause the "only" things youll get from higher difficulties is one more high end gear drop from the boss and a bit more xp
if you are after gear or specilization points i recommend doing bounties anyway

Killing Ghost from far away with a sniper will not drop a key in most situations.
You need the hunters to appear besides you and start shooting to get keys to drop.
A lot of people got issues now because they sniped them from afar, and can't get them to spawn anymore.

We've seen a hunter "spawned" aways from the memorial. probably 1KM in distance, just randomly and then runs when we get close.

Hunters spawn randomly in the world, yes. They often can't be engaged as they run or poof away (but they can be killed)
If you're ever walking around/stationary and the HUD starts glitching a lot, stop and look around. A Hunter is nearby looking at you.

If u have probs with hunter get as much bonus explosive dmg perks u can, then max the dmg on the nade launcher. Once its above 800k per shot, u should 1 shot the hunter
