Literally that rectangular zone by the Capitol, that's True Son territory. Clear the CPs and other events there on Heroic and you'll get thru the elites quickly

Not quite. Every proficiency level you gain on any item will get you a point towards that expertise level (at the moment, any proficiency level you gain by playing instead of donating actually gets you two points towards expertise, but that is likely a bug). When you get 200 proficiency levels (either by fully levelling 20 items, or partially leveling more) that will increase your expertise level, which will allow you to upgrade items (but only ones you're fully proficient in)

Max expertise level is probably 20, but due to the bug mentioned some people have got up to 30

#

You can only upgrade items as far as your expertise level though, so if you're level 5 you can only upgrade items to level 5 (even though they are proficiency rank 10)

  1. Headshot damage is already at 150% meaning increasing it only means more damage on headshots.
    however if using Badger you increase total damage which means the pellets that hit the head AND dont hit the head do slightly more damage + your HH cap is raised slightly
    HH cap is raised via more TWD not HSD. Once ur over 150% HSD theres no point
  2. Vigilance is utterly pointless since when youre in shotgun range theres like a 99% chance its not going to be up anyway, but it is an option.

That's not what he's talking about. He has a legitimate concern about Expertise and the way it is calculated. Some players are able to get to level 30 expertise, whilst others are only able to get to level 20. It seems that the amount of proficiency points you get depends on how you get them (donations vs using the gear).

for a starter build, currently 4p heartbreaker, 1pc ceska, and 1pc grupo while you go for Coyote's mask. You'll need to get technician spec (for its attachment that pulses enemies you aim at) and an ACS12, a full auto shotgun. Your main weapon can be whatever. Work on getting those peices with crit stats on them (the weapons should have Damage to Target out of cover, best pve increase in damage in that slot) and you'll be good for a good while.

Eventually swap the cores (the main stat, red is weapon damage, blue is armor, yellow is skill tier) from blue to red

#

as many as you feel you want, 6 gives the most damage while a lot of people go for 4 reds 2 blue.

It takes a bit, is not as fast as you would expect! The best idea would be doing matchmaking while you're doing the mission... usually works just fine and people jumps into it. Or instead of matchmaking you can do the mission and at the very start you can request back-up instead and repeat the call every now and then.

What might help you is this interactive Division 2 map online. You can look it up and enter "shock ammo" in the search bar and it'll show you instances where you can get em on the map

if it's a loot farm, you're better off with floor 90 (3 bosses instead of 1) - floor 10 is generally used as an XP farm, which involves killing everything and then downing yourself to reset without travelling to the lobby

I don't think it's possible to maintain the same map during a loot farm - if you fast travel to lobby it changes the map but also resets the loot (so you get more drops). If you down yourself to reset it won't change the map, but you won't get any more loot from the bosses. That said, I'm not much of an expert (never really got into a 'repetitive farming' mindset), so someone may be able to correct me
