yes and thats mostly what happens in real life aswell, as you shoot your weapon and compensate for recoil, your gun will pull away from the direction you compensate on your next shot and the next, which severely affects your accuracy

Hunters can be quite tricky, it is worth noting that they have a limited amount of Armour Kits.
A lot of it comes down to practice, but if you're really struggling you can always lower the Difficulty down to Normal.

I use a vector so I can get 2 mags worth before unwavering ends

Also important to mention regarding grenades: enemies don't dodge out of them when marked as suppressed
Suppressing an enemy to set up a foam grenade is pretty nice since gunner doesn't need to use skills for that and uses their "main" weapon
I think other weapons also have a suppress function, but on a lower multiplier than LMGs

If you solo it, achilles pulse (to see the armor plates), a decent gun and a lot of dodging works fine. Easier to do it with someone else, though, when you can foam and/or oxidize him. Grenade launcher also does decent on the armor.

Put on Tech Support or Combined Arms on your backpack and use a gun with In-Sync or the Capacitor, that'll boost the damage even further. And if you figure that is still too slow for you, you're probably better of with a more offensive build.

It depends on your build, but I've always found things like special ammo, pistolero, etc fairly easy to deal with.
If your build doesn't rely on skills, you could always just use any skill-based one. Easy to get the multi directives done that way.

then focus on faster clears, because at the end of the day, the guy with more clears will have more loots and better chance at wanted items
i feel like a lot of people are tunnel visioned on having as much directives as possible, then take 1 hour to clear the mission, when you can tune it down and clear the mission 5-6 times and get 5-6 times as many loots

I run no regen, hard to earn, special ammo, fog of war and ragers. With hard to earn you just need to equip gunner specialization or sharpshooter / firewall if you are fighting up close and you'll get armor kits pretty fast.

I'd just suggest starting off with none on Challenging, and working your way up.
Once you learn how it works, you can practically solo sprint through boss rooms on Heroic with 6+ Directives.

Literally everything below Lvl 40 (except for Exotics) is going to get junked anyway.

the only exception you can make to that is if you want to run a basic skill build (6 pieces of skill tier gear) than that will make your turret and drone destroy everything you encounter. Hide, pull them both out, and wait for the room to clear

before level 30, the CP's wont get taken back by enemies

I'm trying to get my head around how the control points work post level 40. I am now into the SHD's and I went around the whole map and took all the CP's. However, one, just one is being contested continuously. Thats Navy Plaza. Not one of the others has had any attempts made on it for over 4 days now
Also, NYC CP's once taken by you are never contested again unless you reset them manually

they get taken back at times, but it's just random how/when they do.
cause I've had some (especially Brooklyn bridge) get taken back minutes after capturing it. but it's inconsistent, i've seen em get taken back minutes after being captured, or something taken hours or days.

@loud saddle when you took it, there was likely already a takedown crew on the way from another enemy faction. Always check for them and intercept them first or let them complete the job before you take the CP

all the CPs can and will be contested, the more you take over on a map the less (or slower) they get attacked though. and especially if you keep the CPs stocked up, they usually wont get taken over as the civies aren't out scavenging.
mainly because usually attacking parties come from other CPs (or so I've ever seen)

no, I took Navy plaza repeatedly, and the attackers come from the Hyena and True sons stronghold
Each time I took it, it would be minutes before they attacked it from one of the strongholds
none of the others were attacked and navy plaza was full on supplies

I'm just saying what I've observed, obviously if all the CPs are captured they gotta spawn from someplace else so makes sense. but yeah, it varies....it's just weird. I've had days go by and not lose a CP, then there's been times I've lost 5-6 in 20 minutes.

If you wanna get specific, open your Inventory and tab across to "Resources", there it'll tell you what Faction drops the resource.
That or Solar farm. (the part of the D.C. map around the CP that has Solar Panels), there's a loop you can do there with a lot of random boxes.

The answer either way is it depends on the build. Theres a BiS Skill, a Bis Weapon and a BiS armor exotic. With weapons, again, theres a BiS Skill weapon, then BiS exotics for each type

i mean OD right now competes very well for the worst set in the game
but if you are so invested into it, you have to pick a way to use it. As a status, bleed is pretty much useless in PvE, so the backpack is largely useless
the chest is a 15% amp which is just bad compared to Obliterate or Glass Cannon on chest, so you are stuck with the 4 small pieces of OD
Youre using vile but the truth is that it really doesnt help you at the moment as your status is low and vile is doing very low damage
if you want to stay back then youd want to use something like an AR
