The good Status effects skills really need haste as their secondary stat.

each piece of HIGH END gear gives two attribute slots just make sure one is Skill Damage

the other can be skill haste but you could always make one something else you are lacking

just need Skill Damage everywhere you can possibly put it

waveform means you can put two more large buffs on your gear

kinetic momentum for chest is a great choice but also

overwatch? I think the name of the one that requires you to stay in cover for 10 seconds

this one gives wep and skill dmg which is a bonus

so either of those are really good for chest bunos

I take each piece and judge it individually. I look and see if I can viably use it knowing I can only swap one attribute

if the others are too low and it will cost me too much time and resources I'll dismantle/sell

but if it has one attribute I can salvage I'll do that

I got my library up quickly because that was an early goal

Seems you’re in world tier 5, as Azurmen said follow the guide and then once you get to level 40 you can see what the game has to offer at that end which is basically making builds and farming for stuff to make you powerful. Weapon damage is just a bit of bonus damage u wont notice
Crit damage is the same as weapon damage
but 10% crit chance is a lot and the key to most crit builds
While the extra 10% Headshot damage will let you reach 150% for HeadHunter in weapons you otherwise couldnt

I remember watching a video a long time ago and it mentioned there being a cap for crit damage? I'm using Killer so if there is a cap, where should I stop? I'm at 130% right now and soon will have more

There's not a cap for crit damage (CHD), however after a while you start hitting diminishing returns.
150% should be your aim for most crit builds, anything higher is just nice. Most red DPS crit builds have at least 175%.

There is a hard cap for CHC though, that is 60%.

The different weapon type have the same stats (ie black market AK vs replica AK) with a few exceptions (all are listed on the spreadsheet) off the top of my head, M1as, Classic Ak come to mind.
Classic AK has higher base damage but 1 less mod slot.
M1a: classic is just a different gun, and socom is a lower damage version.

Well I mean, the m1a's do have slightly different uses.
Classic is more for damage, but is slower, Socom is the middle balance, and cqb is better for close range.

Most of the time for different variations of guns, it's down to either minute stat tweaks, or an extra/lost mod slot.
aka: guns that have "Military" are usually lower damage, but have an extra mod slot, like in the case of the mg5 series.

Exceptions: Raid items, Big horn from legendarys, DZ specific items are exclusive to their content. Spreadsheet will tell you location for these items.

you can also run ridgeway+sadist weapon with wicked which is technically more damage upfront

but not having fast hands is a bit yikes for survivability

Ran my quick test. Definitely run one blue core with max armor but I definitely could not see myself running the two blue cores as stated in the build. Running one feels like the best mix between tank and dps.

Skill duration will affect the deployment of the skills themselves, such as how long a turret, hive, drone or whatever lasts, but the effects that you give to enemies (burn, EMP, ensnare, etc.) is affected by status effects in both damage and duration
