The game will see it as you’ve already got the exotics, so it won’t drop the components needed to craft the weapon originally. If you’ve got a second character, you can put those in that character’s inventory, then continue the project on your main.

Depends on the amount needed for the optimization. Anything after 1k watch, just puts everything into scavenging. So the more points after 1k, means more mats you can buy with the points.

How do field proficiency caches at level 40 work. Whenever you reach field proficiency and earn a cache are the rolls on the items in the cache based on the world difficulty or difficulty of whatever you’re playing on at that time?

Iirc normal field proficiency caches are on the challenging rolls table. They are a separate system to what ever you are farming.

first step is to complete the riverside gas station control point. I believe it needs to be heroic, but I'm not sure. once complete you will get a part from the rewards chest. I think you turn that in to the projects lady upstairs at the whitehouse to get the next project.

In the Quartermaster, there's a SHD skill called "access to Hard/Challenging difficulty for bounty" or something like that. The problem is I don't know how to "access" this difficulty for a bounty, or where I can change the bounty difficulty. Any idea? I'm lvl 30 btw, reached the Main endgame recently.

Plus in raids and stuff some enemies are immune for some time or until certain actions are completed

Not to mention damage doesn’t scale with groups and the enemy armor does so essentially you’ll be playing as an armor breaker if that’s what you’re into

So personally I’ve been trying out a few ARs, I’ve tried a FAL, military G36, test subject, honey badger, SIG 516 they all work great

And FAL is not great for pve due to the lack of 10 bullets

I ran test subject with a turret today during raid and i imagine with spark it will be more fun to use

Also there’s 2 exotics you can get easily if you just reached level 40. You can get the Scorpio by progressing through the season, you can get the capacitor by completing summit challenges

If you can get someone to help you with a boss floor on legendary you can also get the bighorn easily

The one cache where you need a key dropped by a cleaner. The cleaner isn't giving me the key after killing him. Can anyone help? You can only gain the Adrestia from the crate (that requires the key found in the bunks earlier in Tidal Basin) if the character you are attempting to gain it on does not already have it/in your stash. May also need to have the Nemesis on another char too, not 100% sure on that last part.

tl;dr Take any copies you have, put them on another char and try once more.

Alternatively you can do negotiator dilemma without the chest piece and backpack and just run ceska and grupo or coyote mask with crit chance and crit damage attributes

You get better quality on higher difficulty because it’s more dangerous and unless you’re farming summit if you die in a mission your respawns are severely limited

Hazard protects you from all hazards; fire, foam, etc.

Skill efficiency is basically weapon handling for skills. Improves damage, haste, etc all at once.

Yeah to get a key, you need to kill all the Hunters in an encounter at once, and then collect the Key.
so either work out which one you're missing, or restart uplay and walk back over to the Hunter Chest.

This can happen if you kill a Hunter without first solving their puzzle. I can think of two or three off hand that can be found and killed at night without doing the puzzle to spawn them. That will result in getting the mask but no key.

Similarly with the NYC Hunters that spawn multiple enemies, if you kill say 3 out of 4 you won't get a key either. You'll need to do the puzzle again and respawn them.

i figured it out, it was the neurotic hunter that dropped a mask but no key, when i logged onto my 2nd and 3rd character it had 6/8 keys compared to my 7/8 on my main. What I did was I redid the hunter encounters where I was missing a mask which was the 4 hunters and one of the 2 hunter encounters. What I got was a key from both encounters and the 2 missing masks.

why does it seem like the classic m1a is the only real option for rifles?

it's the most controllable of them with a very good damage per hit, meaning that it's very easy to make your shots count*

*the UIC15 is probably the most controllable, but its hits are barely spicier than the average sneeze

A lot of the rifles perform well but I find in groups I lose efficiency with them because a lot is going on where there’s lag, explosions, or enemies tank bullets

My favorites are the 1886, urban mdr, any of the mk 17s and m1as

as far as caches go, each named items has about a 1% drop chance from a named cache so its a harsh gamble to rely on aswell

so i can only have 24 tools in at the same time
but i need to machine for now only 50 unique pieces
the pieces require different tools and ive managed to bring it down to only right now 30 unique tools
and i need to find the most efficient way to if possible
First input the 24 tool slots into excell
then lock some slots such as idk 1,9,15 etc... so the tools in these slots cannot be changed or swapped slots
Then input the pieces, by that i mean input the part number (1.part1, 2.part2, etc..) and what tools each part has
so then excel would automatically fill up its 24 slots with 24 different tools and what part numbers will use those first 24 tools
and then a coresponding row of what Part is next and what tools must be replaced and where to machine that part

i hope i didnt write it too terribly...

currently im doing this by hand but past 30 unique pieces is hell because it takes so long and becomes innefficient

and since i dont know shit about code its hopeless

hell i dont even know if its possible to get a program like that

you can have 300 hzd, and nothing over the 91.4 threshold will effect anything gameplay.

Briefly staggered out of the canon, and need to "interact" again to be able to shoot the water. It seems it's normal based on the previous community answers

My impression is that I'm staggered out of the canon because I'm burning (not taking any burn damage, but suffering the burn animation).
The situation is I'm ready to shoot the water, but, while waiting team mates to actually bring the water, Fieser is throwing flames at me for about 5 to 6 seconds.
It's Ok, it was just curiosity. I'll either find another 10% Burn Resistance mod or change the build for a test.
