yeah normally they're time-locked behind weekly & daily projects. You can craft more if you have the blueprint, but it's very expensive. Easiest way to get more is through your watch - spending scavenging points on them

no requirements, and the only chestpiece that always comes with focus is the one with Perfect Focus (which you wouldn't be able to extract) - if you want that one, farming Arialdi loot would give you the best chances. For normal focus, just keep on farming chestpieces, preferably in a group and tell the others you're looking for Focus talent

Yeah, so the pieces drop every 20 floors randomly from a loot chest every 3 floors. The pieces will be labeled with a name then numbers; 120( floors 1-20), 21-40, etc. Finish floor 100, you get the project. Complete the project.

The drones keep killing me or a Faye Lau snipes me and knocks me, for my dps I tried running a shield and reviver hive, but then switching to a turret and reviver hive

I tried 4 positions, on right near the heli to the left, too exposed, one near the far right where the containers are which worked for a while but if I got flanked the drones would mess me up, and directly when you exit the cabin there’s a container, I tried there but it limits your ability to aim, and the box right in front

The "bear" they're referring to is an achievement in the Dark Hours raid.
there are 40 in the raid, there's a challenge to get all of them in one run.

as for being able to do it solo, I'd honestly doubt it. the Raids tend to be more team based things. Not 100% sure tho.

Kinda miss the two 'exotic' SMG-9s from the division, was playing around with an arguably good one in Div 2 and sorta came up with an idea for a 'spray gun' exotic, better name pending, but I think 'Artist's Impression' might be the perk, the perk will function on headshot kill, like the headshot effects from Reanimated, however will blind effected targets for a duration, if the player walks (or rolls) into the cloud, they will gain bonus armour, the more people they stack kill in a cloud, the more armour they will gain, probably to a cap, or maybe reduce skill cooldowns? Not sure what would work better

Probably gimicky, but I sorta just wanted to throw the idea out there, and to me there's just a little charm with using a little bullet spitter that chain kills fast

ideally depending on the faction, you will destroy a weakpoint to make them stop and work on a piece of their armor

once its destroyed they die very easily

assault rifles help a lot since their Damage to Health stat applies to the armor plates

The boost is just you taking the chopper to NYC for the first time.
note: using the "boost" will skip all story content before that, making it so you can NEVER replay it until you make a new character.

the general advice we like to give players who aren't at NYC naturally yet is to use the boost only on alts.
oh once you finish NYC, all your gear will be Lvl 40, there is no Gear Score. So everything you pick up can be used by any char you own, transferred via the Stash

No the main campaign starts at level 1 and progresses to level 30 then you have the level 30 endgame which has world tiers (9 invaded missions or so I believe) and 3 invaded strongholds) which increase from Roman numeral 1 to Roman numeral 5

Then you start there’s some missions in WT5, then you go to WONY and everything you did in the areas I just mentioned are dead and gone

If you boost, all of that is skipped

You start WONY at level 31

Progress to level 40 and then you’re just farming and doing whatever you wanna do

If I use a skill build during my farming sessions, the loot I receive will mostly have yellow attributes? Which would mean if I farm with an all red build the loot I get should have mostly red attributes?

what you're likely thinking of is "rainbow protection" that was added to the game.
basically what it means is that if an item has a yellow first attribute, it's more likely to have subsequent yellow attributes on it.
it's basically protection from getting rolls that are generally unfavourable.

All gear brands/gearsets have a predetermined core atribute color. All Belstone will roll with an armor core. All Empress will roll with a Skill Tier core and etc

When something drops, there is a system that ensures that 70% or so of the time, the first secondary atribute is the same color as the core atribute

however: you can generally assume that a good fire-rate and damage is nice, so for that I'd suggest Famas/c7/p416, etc.

So I just reached rank 30 in base game, and still wondering: What's the point of skill mods? They BARELY improve stats, apart from "+1 charge(s)" and similar mods. There rest which are percentage-wise, equipping them or not make zero difference. Are skill mods actually useless or am I doing it wrong?

Since rank 1 up until now, I only played solo to leave the hassle of finding player to play with. I heard of "The summit" and "Raid" being introduced later in the game + WONY endgame. Are there more player at rank 40? Do you guys join The Summit, Raid and other stuff (PvE) without problem?

if it was your first encounter just remember for next time shoot the weakpoints on the rotors, as well and shoot the weakpoint on the targeting system, stay under cover for the minigun, then re position when the lights turn red and its locking on to your position

I see it as 1 out of 10 bullets with 10% chc, or 5 out of 10 bullets with 50% chc, on average...

10% with 60% chd is 60% more damage

its all about averages

the idea is that crit chance and damage have to be in balance
For example 20% chc and 180% chd, if you do 180x.2=36 so your crits do 36% more damage on average
If you have 60% chc and 40% chd, your crits do 40x.6=24 so your crits do 24% more damage

if you have 40% chc and 120% chd your crits do 48% more damage

so its easy to know which combo of stats is best

Basically he’s saying the higher your crit chance (maxed out at 60%) and higher your crit damage the more damage you do in less bullets.

Crit chance increases the chance of the next bullet you shoot to be a critical hit which would apply critical hit damage which is separate from crit hit chance boost

If memory serves right, the Ravenous drops from the Iron Horse raid, but before you are eligible to get it in the raid, you have to collect all the Regulus parts that drop in the same raid from each boss. I'll google real quick if I am right or not.

EDIT: After not being able to verify, I'll have to backtrack and say you don't have to finish the Regulus Quest to get the Ravenous dropped.
