Yes. That's one of the reasons I love audio files/etc in Division games. Most games they feel like tedious busy work, Division they really flesh out the world.

I feel like the Roosevelt island stronghold invaded and story mission are the best in terms of value to the story and difficulty. This also goes for the story version of the capitol building, for some reason I wasn’t impressed with the invader version

I reached world tier 4 last night and brought the level of the control point at haunted house up to level 4 - heroic... ran out of armor, ammo and the civilian leader kept dying cause he was standing out in the open... bless the drone and turret, the magnum revolver came in clutch 😂💀🤡

The badger tuff armor on kill was basically worthless at that point, I imagine preservation + bloodsucker + badger tuff which = 30% armor per kill minus headshots would be a good counter but idk about the ammo issue other than the demolitions talent that refills main weapon ammo when you run out of armor

each bullet (it fires 2 per pull) will stack either red or blue on the target, when you've filled up the icon switch shoulders to stack the other color, the first stack will "activate" when the other is applied, so if you have full blue you switch shoulders and you'll start stacking red, and get the blue buff

you get 5 specialization points from each invaded mission / stronghold the first time you do them (25 points each week). you also get 3 points from each shd level, and from bounties (review rewards on each bounty) But, you need to be wearing the specialization you want to earn points for.

when you open the mission options screen (with the difficulty and directives submenus) look at the bottom of the screen for a 'toggle mission mode' prompt, use that to switch between normal, invaded and manhunt versions of the mission (depending on what's available to you)

You gotta play the main missions and strongholds in order

You can skip the side missions and save them for later

#

The fastest way to do the invader strongholds is do all of the invader missions in world tier 1 so you’re not gonna spend more time trying to get better gear to beat the missions and save time towards the strongholds which will be faster and easier

well then I guess I won’t play conflict anymore , the good thing about conflict is I don’t have to worry will other kill me or not, and I can get some thing (maybe dark zone only gear) even I didn’t do anything in conflict. Not like dark zone , after clean some landmarks, go call chopper , and others kill you…. And you get nothing …… I do see some people go to dark zone just for killing other player and didn’t take any of my gear, but there is some people in dark zone very nice

No. Random enemies will get special ammo unique to their faction (Disorient for Hyena's, Incendiary for Outcasts, Bleed for True Sons, Disrupt for Black Tusk). Any enemy can have it, as it's randomly assigned when the enemies spawn.

@hallow raptor I finally got it, to get resourceful agent you need to follow the group going to scavenge for supplies from the settlement or control point and then escort them to their destination (a resource node based on what they want), then when they start collecting you manually give them what you have.

best way to get 99% of gear (including exotics) is farm its target loot. you can ALSO get exotics from exotic caches but its highly RNG.

exotic caches are also an endgame thing, so continue until you get to World tier 5 (base game) or level 40 with DLC.

exotic caches for base game is only the 1 from weekly project iirc. DLC has 3 others as well.

the actual season end date is unknown, the timer thing is just a placeholder from before they dropped the release date for the new content (February 2022), but whether they'll keep the season going in the background in the intervening time is anyone's guess: we know they plan to have some new and old events on

but the only season things it's still possbile to do are the season track (gain 100 levels) and the manhunt, how fast you get through those is dependent on how many hours you put in and how quick you are

Use an smg to mark all the ads you want to shoot, switch to diamondback and hit the one that the diamonback picks. All damage on guaranteed crits will hit all marked enemies you initially hit with the smg. Also use negotiator backpack for 100% crit damage transfer (instead of 60%)

Negotiator dilemma set puts a mark on the enemy when you do a critical dmg to them.
This mark is red square with negotiator dilemma set symbol in it. It looks similar to status/debuff marks you can put on like; orange fire symbol enemies have when they are on fire or blue electrical symbol they have when they are shocked.

The way set works is when you do any critical dmg to anything, that damage is also done to the enemies that have this red status mark (all of it if you use the backpack).
So you can be shooting one enemy and doing dmg to all 3 if you marked those 3 enemies (or 5 if you use the chest piece).

Diamondbacks talent marks an enemy in a way that looks like scanner pulse does, you will see a orange outline around one of the enemies around you and you will have a orange line connecting you to that enemy.
Now if you hit that enemy while they have this outline you will %100 crit and do %20 more dmg(this is bugged btw, it doesn't do more dmg for a while now) on that hit. This will also give YOU a 5 second buff.
What this buff does is, it makes it so in those 5 seconds every shot you take with diamondback is guaranteed to crit (instead of the max %60 chance you can have)

So this set and this weapon can be used to complement each other as you can get crits on every shot, assuming you can hit the marked enemy everytime.

While it has its niche uses, generally speaking diamondback is not one of the best guns to use in normal gameplay.
Exotics does not equal best guns in this game. Many of them have great unique uses and some are really powerful, yes but there are simply better rifles to use with better dmg, rpm and/or reload time.
I would say merciless is one of the worst guns.

I assumed I would do explosive because it is damage reduction vs status effects. So this kinda surprises me. Is there a specific effect it is better to avoid vs the damage reduction? But I do agree the blue watch bonuses are wahtever

I find it boring so I prefer the open world, but it's as good as any place with the right targeted loot, and the advantage you can pick your own

and apparently the fastest xp farming method involves running floor 10 over and over again (although I'm not 100% how to prevent it from continuing to floor 11 - think you have to have the right floor layout

plus matchmaking in the summit is usually pretty quick (esp on heroic) and even in a group each player gets their own choice of targeted loot

Sharpness setting is probably the closest thing you'll get to that.

You can also toggle Neutral Lighting to see if that improves overall visibility

i have an issue I did the manhunt campaign for Fae Yau killed al the bounties also got fau on White oak camp. It's invaded now and if i did there stay as indaved and still show me this yellow icon for Fau. Also if I am in NY i see 3 subbos like Viper on offsite location. But in D.C nothing.

It has to be a legacy cache I think from whichever season system corruption was part of. Can also get system pieces from dark zone caches I think but it's rare. To be honest, system corruption is a really weak gear set imo
