the absolute best way is to farm Heroic Resource Convoys w/Directives.
however, that will make you hate div2 pretty fast, so basically just do any activity on the highest diff that you can handle it while still being fast.

I've noticed that I'm missing a bunch of brand blueprints. The yellow stuff, not the green. I've hit every CP on level 4/Heroic, and I'm trying to figure out how to get more. Any suggestions?
Also, is crafting even worth it?

Not every piece has an available blueprint, however you can check what you're missing by going to your Crafting Table and reading through the lists.
crafting can be a nice way to use up some excess mats, but overall farming is usually more effective.

Named Enemies in Legendary diff is the only way to get it.
so you've got rather limited choices, easiest is probably Floor 100 of Summit, since the Hunters count.

Not 100% sure, but I can't imagine that you'd get to keep the DLC once you dropped the subscription.
You'd very likely lose access to it, I could be wrong but it seems the most likely thing.

if you can unlock the manhunt missions from the pass, you should be able to go to that mission and change the mode

Like say, using a capacitor and stacking it all the way to 40, and then shot one bullet from a Harmony with perfect in sync and have both buffs at the same time?

Nope, must have the weapon active in order to use the buff. Swapping weapon drops the buff.

Something about seeing icons on my screen that knows my buff is ongoing instead of the side of my gun feels much more comforting

trying to gather all gear that has decent attributes is pointless, much of it is pretty much useless in practice (due to the combination of brands, stats and talents) and you'll very quickly run out of space

probably best to run through a few builds you actually want, make a note of the usually desired brand & stat combos, then use that as a filter

eg empress with skill haste & damage will generally be useful, Providence/Ceska/Grupo with CHC & CHD likewise

optimisation materials are really expensive and slow to come by, so don't expect to be able to use it much - focus mostly on just farming near-perfect items

the amount they increase by is a bit weird - AFAIK, it divides the total potential bonus of a stat (max value - min value) by 10 to create 10 equal increments. The first time you optimise something it'll increase it from its starting value to the nearest of those increments, then after that it'll be one increment at a time

#

eg weapon damage increment is 1.4% (15 max - 1 min /10), if your current stat is 13.2%, first optimisation will increase it to 13.6% (nearest increment), then the next one will put it up to 15%

Survivalist with hive and chem is great, even if not using the mender seeker:

  • Triage Specialist perk buffs heals without needing to always switch the perk in the Technician tree
  • Crunch Time perk provides skill haste when in cover = faster chems
  • Crossbow provides valuable armor-breaking dps regardless of weapon damage
  • Fire grenades are decent CC
  • Using a Scorpio, the tactical link will provide teammates with amplified damage against status effected enemies, and works even better if using Alps backpack with Opportunistic

If grouped and someone else applies bleed, yours wont apply if they apply the bleed 1st (target will still be bled but you get no UI icon, since not your bleed). Also the game debuff UI has been known to bug out (but debuffs still apply) although its rare as of late.

Well carnage talent doesn’t need 3 kills 1st to work. It works when ever there is a bleed on target. Its easy to test if its working or not. Goto shooting range and test with ridgeway on, check bullet damage. then replace carge with exact same LMG and same stats just no sadist talent (or damage talent) and check number.

Something is off in your testing. With sadist (using those number) damage increase should be ~556k per bullet. (base times sadist 25%)

Something on the inventory management side: how many copies of named items do people hold onto? I've gotten quite a few duplicates thanks to the Legacy Season Caches, so I'm curious as to when do people decide that they have more than enough

I have 2 yellows as well (1 on alps backpack, 1 from technician spec)- but repair skills on all slots and 5 blue cores - add safeguard to the mix and BOOM - full shield every few seconds! Liberty for even more shield repair as well! If you play it smart you can never die doing a legendary 🤣

@ruby tiger 4pc foundry, alps backpack and tardigrade chest - technician spec for the skill tier, full shield, artificer hive and liberty pistol - all main cores blue (apart from the alps backpack - keep as yellow), roll repair skills on all pcs where possible and have safeguard on the backpack. If you're smart, you can basically have a full shield up all the time and regen back all your armour - just keep all damage in front of you. Tardigrade can also be a lifeline if you get hit from the sides / from behind. Use PFE mods in all slots as well.

ALL enemies can drop target loot (not just bosses). Chance for target loot is unknown, but believed to be about 1% though again ALL enemies can drop it, with named enemies having guaranteed drop.

There's a number of possible spawn points for him (maps can be found online), I have a theory - thoroughly untested - that he actually spawns at the first one of his possible points that you go near, so if you made a point of always visiting one place first thing after the Tuesday reset, you're always find him there
