I presume that the mission are on a whole different loot table as it's displayed than the area it's located, but just want to be sure 🙂

Think of it like this: it's not just 15% CHD, it's also the other 2 bonuses and the stats you can roll.
If we're talking strictly about FMJ here, the build is Coyotes, Foxs, Grupo and 3x Provi.
DTA is actually less useful than you might think, since it only counts for enemies with a White Bar over their health bar. It does not count for physical plate armour that you can shoot off.

Yep, DTA only works on that white bar. So way less useful in PvE overall unless you're also using an LMG, but even then maybe.
where-as Fox's Prayer, since there's so few sources of DtooC you can safely add it on without worrying too much about diminishing returns.

base calculation goes something like: base weapon damage x (sum of weapon damage and specific weapon type damage) x (sum of total weapon damage) x (crit damage + headshot damage) x (damage to armour OR damage to health) x (damage to targets out of cover) x (amplified damage 1) x (amplified damage 2) etc
when it comes to things like contractors vs grupo, I prefer to test things in the range and see what ends up with the biggest numbers
DtA is useful for me as I main HH sniper, and it helps one-shot veterans/elites, which helps build HH stacks and therefore one-shot everything else, but in an AR build or something your priorities might be a bit different

everlasting gaze is a dz rifle which is exclusive to the dz. you can find it outside the dz in named caches but the chances are slim. you can farm the dz for it when the rifles are targeted, farm landmarks in the dz any time for dz caches or use named caches

Starting tuesday there's an event running where you do "challenges" to get "stars". You also get a star every time you level up. With these stars you can buy named caches (cost is 8 stars each) from the "season vendor". Farm levels to get stars and buy those caches for a chance to get the wanted piece.
Event runs for a week. And the stars you don't use when the week is over are lost.

@narrow kraken I run Unbreakable on my 5 red 1 armor DPS rifle/SMG backup build with Vigilance on backpack to account for the lost damage.
Unbreakable tremendously helps when getting flanked and I think of it as an unending armor kit on a cooldown, leaving armor kits for only the stickiest situations.
The 1 armor piece helps since I run the striker shield as a slight bit of extra defense and a reviver as a last resort. Try it out c:
Most effective when in a group or with friendly NPCs around since you won't be the only target for enemies to shoot
So for control points this build is decent, but solo bounties and freeroam bosses can be somewhat difficult especially if there's very little cover

They said that the Skill Duration stat improves the duration of the status' you apply from a skill. Like the Burn Sticky Bomb for example.
But they mentioned it only does that if the Skill Duration stat comes from something specific. Like a brand armor you wear gives you Skill Duration, or you put on a mod that does the same thing.
I'm asking if anyone can confirm if this is true, and if so, which is it.

No. That’s what the status effect attribute is for. Duration will make a trap stay out longer or make a chem launcher stay out longer but don’t make the actual shock or foam last longer

This is false? And are you 100% sure if you do answer. They went very indepth with their review and nothing stood out to me besides that note, so I wasn't going to write it off as wrong without asking first. Nevermind, tested it myself. Had to farm a piece of the set. It does improve status duration.

my points are for legendary fyi. For raids thats a different thing possibly (havent fully researched/tested TP vs FB in IH). though TP still brings much much more group support then FB can even dream of, while still having the same durability cause of tech hive + liberty.

@silk glen if youve never done a raid do 1 before tuesday so when reset happens you can do a fresh raid and reget keys and possible chest and bp. this will also start you 2 new projects,with a total of 5 which the 5th gets you the regulos pistol

Quick question: just got a 2nd character done with WoNY and in Scavenging on their watch, they have ~600 points to spend. I went back to DC and got the shared blueprints. If I need materials, just use these points from this character, right? The Scavenging watch points themselves won't transfer to my first character, so just use them on the character that has them and use the shared inventory?

The SHD level is shared between characters. If you have the shared blueprints, points put into scavenging will transfer to other characters.

honestly you in general shouldnt worry too much about hoarding
keep weapons with dtooc as 3rd stat or with good talents
and keep items with good rolls that match the brand, like crit providence or repair alps
you can look at the spreadsheet in #td2-build-advice and go into the build section and check what talents are used often and etc

often very, very cheap when it's on sale. It also gets you the 8x Classified Assignments, a few other cosmetics, access to an alternate (but otherwise identical) version of the Sweet Dreams+Merciless Exotics, and the WONY expansion.
