usually i dont use base dmg myself as i just get crit and non crit numbers from the range, but for the ar sheet im making i tried to make it myself easier and just take the time to make a damage calc to put into my normal sheets, but with the base dmg's from its all off by a few points (a few tens to a few k)from the ingame

this is a question that i need an asnwer to... my friend is level 30 and world tier 5. he got all the components for the liberty pistol, and 2/3 for chatterbox. if we start the expanssion, will he still be able to use those to craft the exotics at lvl 40? or will we need to get them once agian

if you have the DLC you should be able to get every item ingame
difference is if he is lvl 30 WT 5 and crafts liberty, its gonna be lvl 30, but once he reaches lvl 40 he has to reroll liberty which costs 1 exotic part (you get from dismantling exotics)

Yes and no. Armor doesn’t matter unless you combo it with enough things for it to matter, someone with 1.7m armor (max armor) still gets melted by NPCS since they deal sooooo much damage, unless that person combos the armor (ie shield, or mass regen or xzy)

Pretty much if ur gonna be a dedicated tank you wont deal any damage and you need a shield, most likely Bulwark to actually tank and not go down in 5-6 shots vs 3 shots for DPS classes
you could go hybrid tank, so ur built as a tank but have some red cores to boost dmg,
when going DPS you dont need to go all reds, most hunter fury set users have some blues + shield in their build for example

probably selected a non supported resolution by the monitor and accepted it by accident, try hitting alt+enter while the game is loaded and the active window, it should pop to windowed mode and let you get to the settings

one option you have aswell, if its only a bug caused by resolution, is to go to " Documents\My Games\Tom Clancy's The Division 2 " and rename the file to state.cfg, that contains the resolution settings, to something else, this will make the game remake the file on next start and reset resolution to defaults.
or if you are proficient, you can alter the contents of the file to the resolution that worked before, the file contents are pretty self explanatory, just make sure to change width= and height=

that is a new one indeed, if it was after a resolution change, try reseting the file i said earlier, if that fails try verifying your game files trough the ubisoft connect, its under the properties section after you select div 2 in the games tab.

Or if ya wanna not depend on others and make it easier like I did you pay for a second copy of division and save your floor 100 checkpoint on that account and invite yourself/leave group

90% of the matchmaking playerbase is on heroic or higher, add to that that roosevelt is targeted shotguns today, and the manhunt started yesterday and is not with roosevelt. and you basicly have no chance of finding matchmaking players, your best bet if you want someone to run the mission with, will be to do a call for backup

the only thing that Heroic CP's does better is that there's always a few Named Enemies, which have a nice loot pool.
outside of that, no real tangible higher chance for Exotics and Named's.

When I first started building a cohesive build I just looked at getting the correct main stat (easy as most gear has the same stat for main), and at least 1 secondary stat I wanted. Then I switched the 2nd secondary stat or talent to whatever I needed and just lived with whatever nonsense stat or talent I had. Eventually the perfect piece drops, but having a 2/3rds complete build made it much easier to take on Heroic without a lot of difficulty.

It's doable within 3-4 hours with the levelling, but get someone to help you that's already got a "high" level then it's easy to do the missions and get to level 40 quick.
Like I normally say "play smart, not hard". Using someone with a fully optimised build (whatever kind you like) will make levelling 30-40 an easy task. And since you don't need the stuff you pick up all can most likely be deconstructed for more materials for crafting optimisation materials, so it's kinda win-win. And when the char is "used to the fullest" you move items to stash and delete char and start over. But yes it takes a while to do it. Can't do it myself since I can't delete a char because of stuff on it. "Hoarding" has taken a weird turn for me lol
It's also, in my opinion, viable if you already have a "high" shd level. With that I mean 1500+ watch or so.
Because when you get the watch from Keener you automatically get the watch shd level from your account.

Same way to get anything, Farm it on heroic target loot with as many directives as you can while still being able to speed clear. Except with gear mods, you could also add legendary difficulty (unlike with gear/ weapons).

as they give double the xp they state they give, so heroic and 4/5 directives and jump around the map hunting them down, you will get into 20 lvls an hour with even just a little practice
