ok, yeah thought id ask, i just always take 10 random rumbers and average it out, i still dont know why its like that though as even at the range with no movement, no 2 shots will give the same number at the same range.

if you dont finish a manhunt by seasons end, the new season will bring a new manhunt and you will not have a way of doing the other minor target manhunts, the final missions that has the prime target that contains most of the lore parts are available once you unlock them with the season track.

the manhunts are tied to the season, so every season they swap out, but with only four seasons sofar, they have been rerunning seasons,, like currently its season 6 but a rerun of season 3, and next will be season 7 which will be a repeat of season 4.

#

all the prime targets (season 1 to 4) and its mission are unlocked nowadays by reaching lvl 53-68 in the season reward track, and you can then do them at any time and get the associated skills.

is there a bug or something going around that people are abusing for dps? just died to a dude in the DZ and he did over 4m damage in less then 2 seconds. how is that even possible? 4 red 2 blue core btw. matador and unbreakable for talents. and EB and Famas for weapons.

yes 2.3 with mod and 2.5 base, the point on eb being another 10% ahead was that the normal bigmag does come with a -10% penalty, where exotics and integral mag weapons wont have that disadvantage. so for my charts with +10 reload of of watch, you get the eagle going all the way down to 2.1 (+10 watch +10 mod)where other ar's are +10 watch -10 bigmag and end up at base.

I need to do Tidal Basin for a project but in order to access it I need to complete the Capitol Building mission and its associated invasion missions - are they on a rotation? If I wait until the weekly reset is it possible for Tidal Basin to be unrestricted?

Its how it is by default, you either did something that unlocked it without realizing or its a bug on your end, which has been documented before

You can, but you also can get a very good roll where all the stats are almost to the max and optimize it to God roll it, if you just optimize like that, you gonna spend a lot of mats and time

just tested it again, same results. do I have to tag them with the gun(aka hit them with a shot or two) for it to count?
edit: just tried it at the shooting range. the armor on kill works, doesn't seem preservation proc however when turret kills a target.

I've been flirting with a sniper build and it does just seem to take longer to do things. My old man reflexes aren't what they used to be so quickly headshotting people isn't an option. It's effective in open world, but in missions I just get bum rushed. It is nice hitting for 15-20M every now and again though.

Manhunt targets are always 3 weeks long. First week the manhunt starts, second week you get the "league" with speedruns and such, third week you get the "global event", and the second week of League. After those are done you get the next target. So every 3 weeks a new target. Hope this answers your question.

It melts on heroic and lower, and its very useful to clean rooms if you know the spawn.
Not that much useful on legendary as the NPC run away from skills that's needs to be activated/ignited.

and exotics, while good, are sometimes not the best in the slot

also to elaborate on what aspect and eph already said, the weapons you see pop up the most ussually have a best is class on several traits, for the mpx its on the higher dmg, with decent accuracy and best in class range, for m4 its stab and acc with decent dmg when paired with fast hands.

and thats the other big reason for HE over named/exo, is fast hands, hasthands is a no contest top pve talent, and as such for those that know what they are doing, we tend towards high end over named/exo.

for the sustained fast hands LMG DPS chart, it lists the black market RPK as higher than the MG5, but the Gear Spreadsheet notes that although Bulletking has higher dps, the Fast Hands Mg5 has higher dps in reality-- is that true for the RPK, too?

mg5 is not really great at sustain, but is the best combination of high burst and mid sustain. the bulletking is 532,978 sustain, so that would put it at the top at the list, BUT now consider that a normal HE can have 10 chc more (2 more chc mods), and have a good 3rd attribute (chc/rof/dta vs chd), and they beat it easily in real use

and the rpk is nowadays probably the best lmg , when paired with fast hands, but lacks that lmg playstyle and plays more like a ar. as such allot of people overlook it.
