you can visit those content after you completed the DLC campaign, previously some content will be bugged if you skipped them for NYC but those were fixed.

Theres a couple of things you can do. Find a build to follow, and farm for it as you do stuff, or do the current manhunt, or just look for exotics.

You'll need a higher difficulty to level up faster and also to get better gear
Depending on the build you are looking for, you can target farm the gear and eventually make the world easier to deal with

Just turn on as many directives as you can WITHOUT SLOWING DOWN YOUR KILLING SPEED and just fast travel around the map to hit enemy resource convoys like a pirate

If you have a buncha directives on but it's tough and you have to play slower, then you are actually losing experience over time vs fewer directives that you can blaze through a convoy a minute

Well, it's a very narrow use case but been running sawed off shotgun with Bulwark on my Chainkiller/HSD (Mantis) build lately and it would essentially be infinite ammo/no reloads in many cases. 😄 Since the Headhunter proc makes the sawed off really strong and only half of the pellets seem to need to hit the head to continue stacking/keeping Headhunter active.

I got a White Death drop (maxed WD, HSD, and DtTooC), but with Killer as the talent. I've never recalibrated any of the three top stats, but the talent UI says "This slot cannot be recalibrated", and there's a lock icon on the talent.

I've tried farming one in newyork, summit. I even created a new character just to get a d50 and swap it to my other character. I've tried logging out and back in, I've tried restarting the game & uninstalling and reinstalling it.
