does anyone know how to trigger the hidden loot buried in the ground near the secret owl room in Roosevelt Island? Noticed a few players in past playthroughs being able to access the loot. I just keep loot that has decent rolls / godrolls

I always trash rainbow rolls (yellow reds and blues in same armor piece)

if I know a set is meant as a red set and it has full red with pretty high rolls I pick it up

if it has 2 godrolls and one shitty stat I pick it up as well

since I can just recal that last stat and make it a full godroll

for my recal library if I find something thats not already in the library I pick it up

generally just pick up good rolls that you know will be viable for some build you want to make later

if its all trash stats just deconstruct it

Not for challenging and less. For heroic it helps a bunch and for legendary its must have.

its just like playing open world, if you dont have a build that can handle heroic open world, then heroic summit can be rough.

@candid kettle That's how I did it my first completion of Summit. Challenging all the way to floor 100 and then I lower the difficulty after dying a few times. Next time I did both on Challenging though.

Didn't understand the context first, but I'm actually also on the project. Have one or two named left apart from the two hunters. I haven't done any open world hunters yet though so figured I would do that + bounties to get the last objectives.

Yes, even without hitting an enemy, some rounds are returned. It’s bugged right now but in a good way

The ammo returned doesn’t count as stacks, nor is it jus visually glitched. It varies but I got 6ish rounds without buff every 100 rounds used

There are a few annoying places, look for elevators and ropes that hangs at the top of buildings etc. But if you absolutely can't find it, go as close as possible and abandon and then reactivate the bounty again. (It should spawn in a different location because you're "too close" to that one if you do that.)

@vocal pine Apart from level 3 Checkpoints, check projects and missions/stronghold reward lists for blueprints. And a few are season or field research (the specializations) rewards too.

It took me about two weeks to farm all possible CP3 blueprints when I decided to do it. Didn't play 24/7, just made sure to do a couple of checkpoints every time I was in open world. (And made sure to change global difficulty to Challenging so they were already level 3/didn't require activities to level up.)

Had been doing discovery over and over (the last month) hoping for the drop, till i was informed it was a normal only reward 😮

What happens with the Decoy aggro when it expires/despawns? Does the NPC move on to the next highest aggro player or does it shift the aggro to the caster instead? I've only used it solo so I'm always "next in line" when it disappears, but I guess the aggro is not transferred to the player if it's usable for healing setups.

“Better” is relative....RNG is what dictates....run the hardest difficulty you can handle efficiently for better drops

Lincoln memorial is short and can be ran quick, has quite a few bosses which will drop decent stuff (in theory) the summit allows you to target what you want so it’s like shopping

It's a know issue, they are working on it. You could try to disable all overlays (Discord, Ubi Connect etc), disable DX12 and / or verify files but that's no guarantee that the crashes will stop.

It does indirectly drop more loot but also takes more time. That’s were the groups skill comes in to see if it’s the same or better/worse then solo. TBH do both. Theres times you just wanna solo, and other time you wanna group.

To clear it up. Big horn exotic is exclusive to legendary difficulty bosses. Best place to farm it would be legendary summit.

TLDR: all non raid exotics are in the general target loot pool. Big horn is exclusive to legendary bosses and the crafted exotics, just require you to own the blueprint for them to enter your loot pool.

Just keep in mind, drops rates are “average chance”. So if drop rate is 5% and you have bad luck, it could be 0.1% chance for you.

Or you could get it on your very 1st run. RNG is just RNG.

The Exotics from inaya are for reconfiguration, not craft. The only ones you can craft are Liberty, Chatterbox, Nemesis, and Dodge City Holster.. and even then those have special requirements for their materials.

any information on when the developers will make raids easier for console players? i think 90% of the console playerbase have a disability. I had to wait 23 minutes in the garage @ armoured train just for them to transfer to the checkpoint. every time the wipe rocket appears, they either dont shoot it with the rpg, dont do enough damage or they dont go to the protected field. it wasnt a one time thing it happened 12 times with all the same people on sub-group 1 & 2

all of the hunters (agent-killers) added in the DLC. You need to kill each and every one, but they are all hidden behind mysteries on how to "summon" them. If you want the easy way, just look up "Warlords of New York all hunters guide" and follow the steps.

Bounties have good rewards (and snitch card collectibles), especially if you're farming for faction keys or specialization points (check the bounty first though)

If you fail it or it expires you will find it on the Bounties tab, just open the map and select the marker in one of the districts and it will show you the bounties there and their difficulty and faction

Not sure if it varies by difficulty level, but to my knowledge all bounties have at least one named enemy, which makes them very suitable for mission/project objectives

Is there a fix to the Tombs after encountering the Rogue Agents in the infirmary? I tried to reset the mission, still gets bugged after I go past the infirmary even with the regular enemies.

Fast traveled to a control point, back to the mission, managed to fix it.

You can reset the mission when you go to the map and select the mission difficulty again, just like when you go for a replay.

You should not be seeing dropped loot or stuff on the floor after reset

There are some other bugs not related to story, you can resolved by logging out then log back in.

@grand nebula atm i run with strained on a carbine 7. thought that would be the best to maximise my damage. but if you tell me on empty/fast hands ist better, is that because over all i get more dps out of a faster reload than if i try to max my crit damage?

the way i do it is heroic and all directives. than try to do controll points as fast as possible. also do the random stuff thats on my way. and i give control points all the resources i got

that equals in about one level up per control point. not sure how long i need for one, but it feels like i do between 4-6 per hour. maybe faster in a group than solo. also would like to know what would be a professional number of cleared cp per hour

Wayyy faster way than ^ is to do Challenging all directives convoys, 500k per one which takes around 2-5 mins, herioc gives more xp id say around 600k-650k however it takes longer to do as theres 1 more wave, theres a sort of bug where you gain 2x xp than you are meant to for doing convoys so it says 250k but gives 500k

Yes, just reset the map and you should get a convoy 100% of the time, I feel like there's less at night tho but thats a guess

Yeah you have to choose the right time to strike xD there pretty much always 2-3 convoys on the map so just check which doesn't go past other activities

Yeah that is a annoying thing, they seem to jump forward however just aim for the ones that have just started or are half way, fast travelling to missions and safe houses isn't that bad

i really dont care much for damage talents on weapons, i prefer the quality of life of hitting more bullets and reloading faster over getting 8% more damage which is the average strained gets you more or less

i get some people want to run damage talents cus big number good but il always recomend fast hands / on empty
