Some of the challenges stack. Like the stronghold challenge will stack with a main mission challenge.
It’s a little better to do the challenges because 4 stars from a challenge plus two from leveling up will get you six rather than level up six times

I always enjoy Healer if I can, I only found out recently what makes a healer, and I come to feel almost always satisfied whenever I heal somebody to max in an instant. But as I am strong in healing, so does my DPS fall short.
I was worrying about that, hence why I was asking in the end.
I got the impression from some DH runs that certain builds are...not exactly favored by some.

DH is a straight DPS check, and there's no need for a healer. So a healer isn't favorable because you'd rather have more DPS

I agree with that, however, I hate the idea that I cannot run healer. Or at least am not allowed to play something I'd rather do, than DPS. Even if I know that I am missing the experience needed to effectively play the healer.

This is why I only buy named item caches value from the seasons vendor for the global event. Exotic caches are expensive at 20 stars and you can get exotics fairly easily with the weekly summit and donation projects. Named item caches are only 8 stars

Okay so yeah, your best bet with Targeted Loot is to make the difficulty as high as you can handle with speed, and then stack Directives on.
Each Directive gives a small buff to the chance that you'll get a Targeted Loot drop.
After that just put your head down and work through it. If you can find someone else who wants to run TL:MMR, then that can boost your chances. Also helps to ask teammates to drop excess ones that they don't need.

I am planning to run IH soon, and I have 3 builds somewhat..."ready" (Most gear pieces are collected, just god rolls missing to "perfect" the build.)
So I have Healer, Skill DPS and Marksman (Mantis, Nemesis Edition). Would I be able to find people willing to run with me? (Disregarding if they would even bother to run with me as a first timer, that is obvious.)
I've been told yesterday that Healers are important in IH, but if played by somebody who runs it the first time, it would lead into a wipe. So, if the leader tells me not to run Healer, would the other 2 be enough to not count as deadweight?
Or should I just start collecting Meta DPS build?

If it’s you’re first IH, have a good DPS build. Typically 50-55% CHC and 170-180% CHD. Controlling the ads is common for the first couple of IH runs.

...directives do affect everywhere, missions, open world and summit, implementation on TU11.1 1, each active Directive adds a small amount to the total drop chance for Targeted Loot. This applies everywhere Directives are present (missions, open world, summit). NOTE: Directives still increase XP as well.

I have a question about memento backpack's recent changes w.r.t PvE context. While doing open world activities, if i travel to safehouse, i lose all stacks even though i am alive but if i am in a group and my friend fast travels to me ( he is also running memento ), he doesn't lose any stacks. By recalibrate you go to the recalibratation station either in haven, the white house or summit to put stats into your recalibration library, extracting a stat from a item will record that stat in the library and it'll destroy that piece of gear, recalibration is mainly used for making your build complete unless you need to optimise, with exotics reconfigure those via crafting to get better rolls, will need to use up a exotic component per reconfiguration, you can also optimise exotics as well, with recalibrating an item it can only go with one stat of an item, hopefully this helps

Yes you can get it if someone else has the Blueprint and is doing the same Targeted Loot.

I finished summit from level 1 to 100 with a set as targeted loot at challenging difficulty solo and majority of the loot i get had less then %50 in attributes. The number of loot drops i get is nice but the quality wasn’t good at all

@strange plume you should also do bounties if you are aimng for chameleon. It also drops from bounties, regardless if it is in an AR targetted loot spot or not iirc

You likely aren't missing a comm, you only get one from 4/5 of the steps.
You have to re-do Lau's mission in order to get the rest.
