Targeted loot: AR is your best bet, and the higher the difficulty you play on, the better the attributes.

Hazpro, ninjabikes, Armor on Kill are the best ways to counteract the bleed.
Hazpro requires a build, but ninjabikes is just a slot in and then a gameplay change.

Doing the raids on level 30 or level 40 will count towards trophys.
It'll be easier to find a level 40 group too.

The trophies apply to both. You wont miss out.
If you feel so inclined to do the level 30 version of the raid you can level a second character to 30, and do the raid on that character.

Any Exotic that doesn't require a Project to obtain are easily gotten through Targeted Loot farming.

Your best bet is to throw as many Directives as you can handle on. Each gives you a small increase in the chance to get a Targeted Loot drop.
Higher difficulty only really gives you an average of better roles, so maybe aim for Challenging to start and work your way to Heroic.

Div2 is all about getting better over time. Just keep practicing and soon you'll be able to solo Heroic with 5 directives on with no sweat.

You have Season / League & Guardian objectives that you can farm out pretty quick. Go to the menu and you'll see a season tab. Hover over the current League & press space to open the objectives and start knocking them out, same thing with the Guardian event.

Activities are the Red Symbols on the Map, like Resource Convoys, Broadcasts, Executions, Territory Controls Etc. The harder the difficulty you can manage them at, the faster you'll level. If you can solo them with all 5 directives, on Hard, you usually get 1-1.75 levels per activity completed.
Also -- pursuing the Manhunt and completing it is a good chunk of levels.

Its not necessary to buy the expansion. You'll be able to get most of the gear and play both raids. However most ppl (on PC at least) playing on lvl 40 this means:
- Their builds are better. Even if you happened to play with a lvl 40 and your gear scale up - it doesn't scale all the way
- Most raid groups afraid to take lvl 30 players due to the reason above
As for the other question, yes, you can play on normal but i highly recommend not too. The harder the difficulty - the better the loot (rolls wise)

Some other have orange gradient background (and I don't mean here the Perfect talents, which have also yellow title/name). Some talents with this orange gradient background are: Frenzy, Pummel, Rifleman, Future Perfect. I'd the same issue Heckfy[Ex] and I kept going and eventually it has completed. I've tried not to switch any weapons in a single session during that challenge that helped a lot to complete it.
I'm on "Status Strife" challenge at the moment either it's a bug or am I doing something wrong, no idea yet...
The Summit is all about Black Tusk force and "Status Strife" (at least one of requirement to complete this challenge is to shock "Black Tusk") which I'm definitely doing it for sure but it's not registering.

Do be warned, it isnt a 100% drop from the bosses/the box at the end, so expect to run it more than once. Also it helps to know the encounters and have a good crit rifle dps if you havent done the raids before.

there's alway utube videos u can watch to be sure what to do. The only other way to get it would be to have someone who already has it their loot pool to drop it for u, but that can be hit or miss

Unless they've changed how they do microphones, or you're using a 3rd-party or Standalone Mic, I don't understand why the question, its connected to your Controller like always, you might have to buy a microphone with the correct form-factor though -- because I wouldn't put it past Highway Sonnery to change it like they have for every single iteration of Playstation since they created Online Play for it.

Well in the end I managed do the legendary Roosevelt with random team, switch skills on the fly, shock trap n sniper turret for enemies that rush us, funnel the enemy to us, jammer for robot waves, seekers for enemies that stay in cover, the last stage with the 2 huge drones we managed take cover n emp em n focus down then clean up

once again another commedation is bugged, teamwork merit - do 3 missions in a single session, then visit someone's BOO. I was able to do the 3 missions; can confirm that it can be done w/ separate groups as long as you don't log out or exit the game, but because I was leader, the visit wouldn't trigger. Even tried making someone else leader, but that didn't work. Really frustrating

Yah you can do that, though it takes a while, 1 piece gives you one mat of that gear
So you would need to gather 300 items of say a chest piece to optimize your chest piece fully. Again a RIDICULOUS price.

@timid vessel I really think world bosses are on a "Global Cooldown"... meaning, after you find 1 in 1 spot and go look in the other spots you wont find any until the 30 mins timer is over!
thats currently what my experience has been so far farming them for the past 2 days 😛
not like TD1 in which it was a 2 hour cooldown "Per spawn"... in TD2 seems to be 30 mins Global cooldown
which means... you can pretty much kill boss > set 30 min timer > go run some target loot mission or stronghold or whtever which usually takes 15 to 20 mins depending on wht you doing!

you can keep relogging till each one spawns
