Yeah but that is The Division. The way I look at Prototype gear is the same way I looked at Classified in TD1. Now everyone has Classified and you just shard normal GS and HE pieces unless it's an ultra rare. And then The Division 3 will come out and we will have something else to complain about.

ok, so youll show damage based on your build makeup having a chain killer chest (walker harris) and an airaldi bag with vigilance will have weapon damage and marksman damage that will alter what your weapon says for its damage. expertise can also alter this afaik.
there is a key you can press for showing the base damage only but i dont remember which atm

Tinkering comes from one of the people you recruit from the campus settlement, generally about lvl 22 iirc, if you're doing the main missions as soon as you reach the necessary level.

Hello everyone, hope everything is well. I'm a PC player playing on Linux via Proton. Prior to the Rise Up expansion I was getting over 100fps with really smooth framerates, but once the new season dropped the game barelly gets to 60fps with lots of stutters, my GPU is not over 80% usage too. Anyone know if this is a Proton problem (not up to date with the new patch) or did Massive add some new grafics settings that borked my game. Thx

Any difficulty lower than heroic so you can suicide if you fail to get it after you kill him. I say go on Normal (i did it on challenging) i just used the chem launcher oxidizer and the sniper sentry (dont fire with it just let him aggro on it). It worked using just oxidizer make sure he doesnt take any other damage and everything should break at the same time then he dies to it

Probably just bad RNG, but I swear I've gotten every other exotic LMG at least 3 times and never seen bluescreen. hey everyone i made a updated Division 2 DPS and Gear Calcucaltor with Strength Cores and using the updated math which it seems most sites and people have not updated yet. anyone willing to test it out im looking for feedback?

when u open the countdown menu by pressing G. there are two options, create countdown and start matchmaking, side by side. click on create countdown and you will create ur own lobby

Doesnt matter, really. Finishing Retaliations gives you a named item cache and exotic cache guaranteed, but you need to do activities to build them up. Countdown let's you buy exotic caches with its currency but you need at least two runs to buy one. Do not count on drops withing each activity

Retaliations can be done solo, so that's also to be considered

Is that the one from the first Kelso manhunt? If so, yes (as long as you own and have completed WONY): go to the stranded tanker mission in NY, toggle mission mode from the mission options to activate the manhunt version, and run that.

If you let the hunter kill you you'll have to rerun the whole mission from the start, so take care not to wipe.

The drops are full rng so very unlikely to be more useful than your existing gear despite the higher stats and augment, so upgrading is the main way to get useful prototype gear

It's not very original, but gearing up a generic striker assault rifle build will basically carry you through 95% of the game's activities. I also used it as a starting point to start leveling up the watch, expertise and then farming new gear to improve the build itself and try out new, different builds
