Just in case, 45 seconds is for solo scaling. In a group it scales like 27s for duo, 18s for three, and 13s for four players. Like any other 45s maneuver, basically.

correct, you can't recalibrate a core attribute unless you have something higher than the stat that is on the piece.

you can tell if a attribute is higher than what's in your library because of the little white arrow that's under the attribute

proto drops can be anything and roll between the cap and 1.5
