Pulse resistance is useful for DZ, particularly solo. Also be aware that you can have up to 7 mods at the same time (when using improvised gear and the named Gila Chilled Out mask), e.g. the PFE tank is based on that. So particularly useful to keep at least 6 PFE mods.

There is no way. I ended up just living with unassigned points, and taking breaks in safe area for assigning them, e.g. when leveling back in the days on Hardcore.

What criteria do you use to thin out your inventory and stash space to keep it manageable? I returned to the game after a 5 year break and I’m drowning in gear. Not sure what to keep. (Mostly yellow named, with some green set gear and a couple of exotic weapons).

My (VERY BASIC) understanding is that for weapons, you generally want to keep anything with “DMG to target out of cover” as the third attribute

It’s the best for damage

Because LMGs already have DTooC as a base attribute, you want CHC or CHD as the third stat

There’s probably shenanigans that can be done with headshot builds but I believe DTooC is considered the best stat

Uhhhh for armor I guess look at the builds spreadsheet that’s pinned in #td2-build-advice and see what looks fun

There’s lots of advice on unique pieces to keep, which gear sets are strong/fun, weapons to look out for

I've never used it, tbh. I have my sensitivity settings set pretty specifically to avoid relying on macros and other keys too much.

I don't know if MSV has a thing against macros that involve manual input from the player.

Aimbot and stuff like that is obviously a no-no. But I haven't messed with binding commands and other things like that. For example, like opening menus and such.

I've seen some people do that sort of thing. They set up a macro that just infinitely repeats the fire button, while all they do is handle the aiming.
That slap on the wrist is exactly why I want to avoid getting too familiar with it for games like Div 2.

Also, depending on the delay interval, if it's not randomized or too low, it can appear like bot behavior.

And you might get hit with a false positive. Which, yeah... not good.

It's... a very grey-zone area that I'd just rather avoid altogether.

Be aware the XP and seasonal XP are different. There is a separate multiple-seasonal-XP event before the stretch goals. Typically that is the optimal time to prepare for the stretch goals if you can save the seasonal stuff (manhunt, etc.) — and particularly if there is multiple XP at the same time (which unlocks certain mechanics). Check the calendar towards the end of the season for this.

This is one of many ways to do Refactor. This to me is the default refactor by no means it's ultimate.
Kinetic momentum only gives Skill DMG vs AMP which add on another number making your total DPS output much higher.

Since everyone's gonna be doing this bounty from tomorrow, you can just matchmake a random bounty, and there's a 95% chance you'll join someone doing the Houndsman.
For a blue core Striker, the best option would be to go all-red core Striker. No kidding.

It's easier and less sanity threatening to farm from a smaller pool of blueprints than pray you get a much rarer rng drop

I did every retaliation in elite except maybe 2 or 3. And each killsquad always (let's say, at 95%, 'cause I'm pretty sure a second elite squad doesn't drop if the first dropped) dropped me a blueprint till I got all of them. I also got overdogs blueprints and crafted them.
I mean it's not mandatory and you can still farm countdown or so - you'll eventually get them.
I just find it 1-faster in retaliation 2-more useful since all optimization blueprints (for faction comps) for gear later drops from CP3+ (elite or heroic). So it's a 2 in 1.

But yeah if you're doing on heroic, you'll get better loot. But you'll take a lot more time to clean CP to proc retaliation + you'll take more time for retaliation and more chances to fail.
So it's better on elite, no modifier, if you only looking for those gloves.
