Helped a friend with WONY, got stuck at meeting Rhodes & Benitez in Haven. Wouldn't let either of us in the room so we had to bail the session. Now it's like I'm still stuck in that moment... can't matchmake (it's telling me to complete activation to enable) and when I try to either invite or join someone it wont let me, it says I'm completing solo content.

This happened to anyone and what did you do to fix (if anything)?

If any of your friends did end up interacting with it before you got there, there’s a chance that the Hunter is spawned in your session and ran away 🙂 happened to me for DC Hunters and only completed it 4 years later in another session

Depends on the players, but probably as there will be some experienced and well-equipped agents farming for it on repeat. You could call for backup too as maybe get someone who already has it and is therefore more likely to drop it.

the backup call feature only extends to the Europe server (I'm assuming you play on Europe since you said you're from Spain), the lfg channel allows your request to reach all parts of the world, but it only extends to the members in this server. chances are slim but still worth a try.

👆 Kinda easy. Go district in story for example. Approach from the North. use nemesis for the counter of the distance. You can go a little further back, but be careful not to leave the mission area. Then leave to reset. Rinse and repeat.

You were talking about the catalyst mask, and right now the first part of the talent on it is completely bugged. You will only get a 2% buff in both aspects, as opposed to the 24% that the mask promises. It has something to do with the stack mechanics not registering properly. It doesn't matter if you are fully stacked or if you have five stacks, you only get 2% across the board. The other half of its talents do work as intended though. This mask can be farmed from open world bosses as well as the army mission in brooklyn

It's meant to be locked behind the Army mission in brooklyn but there's a lovely feature that allows it to drop from open world bosses: we call those "bugs"

My advice is don't touch pvp for a while. But go for a striker build. If you go into #td2-build-advice and check the pins, there is a spreadsheet. Find the striker build and start farming for the pieces. After that, it's smooth sailing

Season pass gives seasonal level skips, a separate thing from boosting (which requires one or other of the dlcs). Seasonal level skips don't lose you any content, but also aren't particularly necessary if you play much as you'll easily reach season level 100 anyway. Best to save them in case they can be used for 'stretch goals' at the end of the season.

Other than that, it's just a case of playing and waiting. I believe some players have figured out some way of pairing up and answering each others calls to farm it out, but I don't know the details.

it doesnt increase accuracy if you are looking for making a sniper build since recoil doesnt really matter on a sniper. really, the extra stability and reduced recoil helps with automatic weapons you are using 8x scopes on. accuracy would be increased if it explicitly said that in the talent, or if it explicitly gave you increased weapon handling (since weapon handling increases stability, accuracy, reload speed and weapon swap speed.)

For raid builds, Tardigrade. As for countdown, perfect galvanized and vanguard is usually best paired. However tho you'd give better support just running your typical healer bot build with Scorpio and The Setup backpack (named Uzina Getica backpack with perf. opportunistic. Gives I think 15% boosted incoming damage to targets hit with shotguns or mmr's)

Future initiative 4 PC (chest is a must, boosts entire team damage when full armor by I think 25%), Setup backpack, BTSU gloves. Run the healer as either technician (free skill tier) or Survivalist. Be warned Setup bag drops with an armor core, so getting the bag to craft/drop with Repair Skills/Skill Haste is a nightmare. To run survivalist you'll need that bag to drop with those rolls so you can swap the core to yellow. If you can't get it to drop, running Tech is perfectly acceptable as well. Allows you to keep that armor core for free and still be ST 6

The only viable skill builds are healer builds and mortar builds (shout-out local). Oxi builds are decent too in select content. Other than that, not really. DPS is the name of the game here in division 2. Game favors doing big damage or else you'll be stuck doing missions for hours on end

Directives are bugged and don't work as intended. You'll have to find out which ones do what as there's so many to keep track of that I just consider them to ALL be bugged

@soft dragon mortar builds are scummy in pvp, but viable yes. Be warned that there's now 2 counters to mortar builds via Gearsets, and that's Cavalier and I think the new Gearset that dropped this season. Hives+Smart cover with that new set act as trophy systems. Very broken. Destroys all skills.

DZ, mortar turrets are useless. Conflict, they're worth taking to get a team out of their spawn. Still tho, it's very scummy and considered lowest of the low to get kills.

I recommend checking out #td2-build-advice and then looking in the pins for a massive spreadsheet. Within it will be PvE builds and good pvp builds

If you want to run a decent mortar build for pvp, you can go multiple different routes.

Hard wired, high end, etc. most take hard wired, a few take high end. Basically just spec into skill damage as much as you can, as well for high end, go for explosive damage. Typically found with China light, Grupo, and other brands that give skill damage or explosive damage.

It doesn't. Currently bugged. The damage/status boosts you get only go to a max of 2%, unlike the 24% the mask promises at max stacks. The amount of stacks you have won't matter, the mechanic itself is bugged. The rest of the mask's talent works as intended. Patrick Wolf showcased it on one of his recent videos

If you go to the entrance of that place where you have the little metal detectors, walk in and turn left. That library-esque area, go to the left from that door way and there’s a metal door that has stairs leading down, should be going down to a vault. Follow the path it’ll bring you to the area that the bounty is. There’s another way but I always follow this route.

So ive been playing for about a week, and finally have (what i think is) a decent skill build for level 40 (its an explosion based build because i like explosions).
Ive discovered that despite my decent damage per shot that seems to kill anything really in one shot, im not able to really do anything since teamates who run gun based builds seem to just shred everything faster than my mortar turrets rounds travel time.
Im mostly just asking if ability builds that use the turret are any good in endgame if i keep optimizing more? Or is it always fated to be the "Slow" way to play?

you shoot enemies and mark them, the more you shoot the more you fill a bar, using a skill consumes that bar and applies effects depending how much of it was full

I see, i was going with that since my aim isnt great on xbox and big booms are fun. But do you think that the sorta build im aiming for is at least viable for harder difficulties? Ive been trying to get actually decent set bonuses now that i got my skill level to 6, but if its inherently worse than a gun build (to the point its considered useless) id rather just switch gears now.

there is a mortar build that bird was referencing earlier and it IS very strong, but it is also harder to use and requires a lot of actual skill

if you're just at endgame you want to make a starter striker build that you can use anywhere, it's a workhorse build to help you farm everything else

I noticed most guides use blue/cyan ones, are they better than gold then universally? Or is gold sometimes worth keeping? Ive been trying to keep one piece from each set i find for each slot, that way i have them in case i need them later.

it really just depends on the set, there are bad gear sets and there are bad brand sets

don't try to keep one of each brand, you want to look at the build guides and see what they all use

things have different uses, brands are great for stacking basic stats and bonus, gear sets for more wacky/alternative effects

I know it says its possible but the bar things i get (the % bonuses) seem to show that im only getting like 50% rating for most of them. Id like to read up on more in depth gear info but most of the videos ive found the creators talk to people with a lot more experience than i got. I gotta find like a "Gear for dummies" guide 😅
