not before you loot, you either pick everything up then when given the chance go into your inventory and then mark stuff as junk that you don't like
if you're working on your library go there and see which of the junk you can put in your library for stats/talents
then head to expertise and on pc Hold X to donate junk will just take what you're not proficient in and gobble it up
then go back to the inventory screen and i'd hold tab to junk the rest

beyond that? if your stash is getting to the 300-400 mark (not sure if you got year 1 pass and wony for 50 stash size for each) then create and alt with a boost to 30 if you got it, then goto stash and grab what's in stash and repeat for the other 1 or 2 alts to free up space

2 boosting methods i know of when character creation is. Create level 1 character go through the prologue tuturial bit and once you reach the DC Base of Operations you can then use the boost and it'll give you an option. boost to 30 or boost to 30 and think travel to NY
otherwise think when creating the character it'll ask if you want to boost to 30 and send you to NY upon creation?

it is due to the mod system getting reworked after year 1, going to gear 2.0 at the start of year2 they simplified the skill mods, but as a remnant the naming from mods before still existed and that makes those names not mean anything anymore.
this is also why things like 2 different gearmods exist, one being protocol mods and the other gear mods.
just the side effect of systems that have had multiple reworks.

You need to have completed the anomalous side mission (agent Edwards support iirc) that introduces you to the hunters, and you likely need to be doing it at night (9pm-5am), not sure if there are any other specific requirements for that one but there are plenty of guides online

pathway park mission. first room. use demolisher firefly and get like 6 or so eggs per run, each to takes like 15-20 seconds

dont even bother collecting the eggs, just do that. restart the mission and do it over snd over and the eggs will accumulate down on the floor and you can go down there to get them after you feel like you got a good amount

there is usually a way around or you need to shoot a closeby fuse box or a lock from a different angle

so look around.. you see that fusebox on the left.. that's what it looks like usually and glows yellowish.. but sometimes that area is a storage after you liberated a control point too

in that case you might also be able to climb up for a higher vantage point and shoot the lock on the other side too

The downside of that is when that Elite Patrol decisions to return to the CP, you're now caught between two Heroic groups. If you bump up the CPs with an activity in those situations it's a bit easier to deal with.

The best way is probably using the reparability and the double weakpoint of a minitank

Search for black tusk, leave the technician and the minitank alive and just shoot the weak point

the technician will keep repairing while the minitank can't attack/move since it's weakpoint is destroyed and the technician also need to have time to move it

You will get around 1 egg every 3-5sec

And don't worrie about the ammo, pistol can do the job

Yep, RNG, or Priority Objectives/Exotic Caches.
Your main focus should be Targeted Loot: LMG. You can do it in Challenging Countdown (CD), just make sure you also buy the Exotic Caches every few runs from the CD Laptop at the BoO (White House).

Control Points change their difficulty based on you doing connected activities/what your world is set to.
If you are below Lvl 40, you'll need to reach that first.

CP difficulty is marked as a 1-4 scale, with it being 1= normal 2 = hard 3=challenging 4= heroic.

Hey all, I have a buddy whom we just ran all the strongholds. She got the cutscenes about the black tusk invasion, but her map afterwards is still un-invaded.
Tidal Basin shows "undiscovered mission" as a requirement on their session and on mine it shows they need to complete main campaign and the gatehouse facility. For two hours we ran around looking for a quest trigger and nothing. Any tips y'all?

the reason people advise hitting 50% is because the mid buff gives the last 10%

you want to be close to 60% if your chd is going to be over 120%

CHD at 120% seems pretty weak to me. as I shoot for over 150 and in most cases try to get to 160 or better. Again I understand your logic but I have found I am pulling off way more dps with a higher CHD and even as low as 43% CHC. I understand the mathematics of it but the application seems to fit when I am coming out on top with the highest CHC and CHD at the end of a legendary mission. I totally understand that the mask will help you cap out buy when you crit you need to have that multiplier be as high as possible too. thus why I asked in the first place. I also do my testing on active missions mostly legendary and not in the shooting range as it has been broke for years.

and you getting highest damage on the end screen doesn't mean anything when a player with better overall crit stats can beat that. testing on legendary is good but it doesn't mean there isn't any player out there that can't beat you.

the 120% chd argument is more so about the fact that you should only push chd if you can hit 60:120

Bullet King is good, No reload, but need stability is so not good, enough but not good. Bluescreen and pestilence on the other hand is pretty good for handling/stability

And other problem is using bullet king if you playing too much with this gun, and then switch to different weapon you'll forget to press R for reload.

And good perk with no reload option is sometimes ammo feel automatic.

You first get X amount of items Proficient and then Expertise levels go up to 29 IIRC. It's a hell of a journey but not impossible.

You can donate junk to Expertise or use/equip stuff and get it Proficient (which is a bit slower).

You can only put Expertise to Proficient gear.

And for God's sake, don't put Expertise in body gear as it's useless. Only weapons.

You want Chainkiller (chestpiece), you don't TL Chestpiece because you'll be getting lots from all the brands and gearsets available in the general loot pool. You'd be better off selecting Walker, Harris & Co. (W&H/walker) for a more narrow pool.

it's basically a directive that takes your skill cooldowns.. instead every enemy you kill will drop this little green chip.. to refresh you skill you have to keep picking those instead of cooldown

so think of it, you use a skill, now you have to kill like 15 enemies and pick up the green chips to be able to use that skill again.. that's what it is.. you are scavanging for the skill cooldown basically.. but it's bugged so when you pick it once, even if you turn it off, going forward all enemies will be dropping those green chips on the ground across the whole room.. super annoying.

so just don't touch it, hopefully there might be a fix.. or you will keep getting that green stuff everywhere. I am running around the maps playing because from distance it tricks you thinking it's a drop.

that bar on your gun is part of this seasons modifiers. 1-4 tiers i believe it increases your movement speed and your rate of fire? at tier 5 you get an overcharged skill

btw: in that video he ran that build specifically on Lincoln Memorial heroic, don't recall if he had global directives on but he was running it effortlessly from the looks of it by keeping up head hunter and determined on an 1886

Back in mah day hur hur. Before countdown/summit when good TL hit lincoln it was time to farm. You've got a bunch of bosses in there and named enemies are guarantied TL drop.

i've played even before the summint/countdown days, but never remember that being the place to farm

why is Donate All Junk not working for me when I try to put it into LMG expertise? I have tons of items marked as junk now and when I hold Donate All Junk, it just fills it up and does nothing?
