i have no problem with it if it gets crunchy from lvl 40, but if i have to call a 12000er to help in a story mission because i can't penetrate the armor of the enemy because he doesn't take damage, then something is wrong and that happened twice now

hm ive been in the firing range testing the all out active modifier and as long as i keep getting head kills the buff just doesnt go away. i had it going for a good 3 minutes before i got bored with that

It was really bad in the Bunker and Potemac Center, it's like my weapon was doing lvl1 damage instead of (at the time) about lvl 34-36 damage

we did have a case of someone complaining the game was too hard but he was actually using a lv20 gun against lv35 enemies

hi im a relatively new div2 player. I have your average striker and one shot builds and Im at shd level 1000 already (grinded it during 5x xp); I have a couple of questions:

1. I'm actually a little interested in the story throughout the seasons (since I poured quite a bit of time on Division 1) but having missed so much, how can I best catch up to the "lore"? (I know there are recap videos out there, but is there any way to like see or live through the story in-game?)

2. What other builds do yall recommend I grind for if I were interested in endgame PVE (i.e., raids and the incursion) or speeding through PVE content? How about for PVP?

3. Are there any other platforms where people LFG?

It's super easy to farm him and sometimes you'll get him 4-8 times at the same spawn but I'd check most of his spawns before I log out/in.

NBB gets you a 3 pc brand bonus and finishes your 4 pc gear set at the cost of a backpack talent. You could take 2-1 pc brand sets and a backpack talent which would give you more stats. Gila brand bonuses are pretty eh imo unless you are building a full tank build.

there are legendaries where you either can't back up or suffer significant time losses from doing so. and if you are backing up with one build then you can back up with any build so there's no point in comparing builds in this regard

you could imagine the talent that NBB is building together is the third talent of Gila - 2% armor regen and making a complete heartbreaker. Heartbreaker backpack double bonus armor is not that useful compared to having 2% armor regen

It depends on your SHD level, anyone that's over atleast 2k will run a new character from 30-40 and then they collect the shd watch there's a certain amount of scav points relevant to your account level that you can use to buy materials, otherwise you can deconstruct gear or collect mats from around control points like solar farm near the capitol building mission.

i also recommend capturing all NY CP in one go. Since there is no stronghold in NY you wont lose CP so you can log in every day and quickly go around to each CP and collect matts from there also

I'm basically think that the dark zones instead of going all the way up to 50 and then stopping I would love to see us being able to continue to climb instead of just going to 50 have it also like to see us continuing to be able to keep upgrading our weapons and gear and finding new ways to always enhance that because I think it would be cold always continue to have ways to enhance that and not have too many level gaps because honestly with the level gaps gone and the modifiers not being able to be abused by certain players I think would make the game a lot more fun

All agents have duplicate watches.
If you delete and remake an alt, they have the same watch as your main but it includes every scavenging point you earned as well.
So at say shd 2000, a new alt will have 1200 scavenging points and 800 category specific points to allocate.
So shd-800 will be the gain.
<1000, you get 20% as scavenging ( 200scav @shd1000)

If you complete it during a x5 xp event that is instant 5 levels. 4 chars would be 20

X3 event up to 12 levels just for donating

It's a bug feature of the gearset itself, there's a hidden bonus at the end of its talent: "when equipped, gain +100% chance of the gearset being broken"
