I would assume all talents have been fixed - because they removed Thunder Strike from the Recalibration Library again (which was what they added in TU20.2)

Fixed the issue with the Thunderstrike Talent missing from the Talent Library.
It's no longer there

I say assume in case of the talents, because I only had guns with recalibrated talents that wasn't affected - however I suspected Thunder Strike was the issue from the get go, and with that being reverted - talents most likely have been too

Thunder Strike was unlocked for every weapon type on my account and I had never extracted it prior to the update (afaik atleast), so I'd assume it comes back later when they figure out a way to implement it without causing to issue to reappear - otherwise, I don't see any loss in just forgetting about it, because it's meh anyways.

So, are the talents REALLY fixed this time? My lvl4 exp killer banshee now has a diff talent, fortunately I could recal it. But the pistols I farmed after the todays update now has diff talents. I'm asking this bc I got that dttoc killer banshee BEFORE the talents bug.

There was a warning not to mess with recalibrating weapons with changed talents until they could solve the issue. If you did recal stuff that had been changed there's a possibility that has something to do with it

No, I got that banshee a few weeks ago, it has dttooc("native") and killer("native"). I and maxed it out right away. After the 20.2 update my white death that I got a week or so BEFORE getting the banshee, changed its talent from determined("native") to something else (i put dttooc on WD, so I couldn't recal the talent). So I just stashed it waiting for the fix. Now it has determined again, but the banshee now has a diff talent after today's update.... So I put killer on it again. So I'm not sure if it's really fixed this time.

Moving forward I would farm the right attributes so talent can always be rollable . This will also kinda future proof weapons that have expertise. Never know when a new talent takes over the meta, or a good talent turns to shit for balance reasons

There are a few bp that drop from the cache itself, but not many. primarily you'll get most from completion reward. This is where you'll get most of your weapon attachments and optimization material blueprints.
Some of the attachments come from side missions. If you look through the crafting bench you'll see where to obtain the different blueprints

just buy into seasons after you review them, or if you think you may not get through all the levels you can buy after you hit 100 and get all the rewards retroactively

You have to collect all five pieces from these caches, clear the final floor, and then fire the flare from the roof. This will reward you with the Ridgeway's Pride project. Make sure you have all five pieces before clearing floor 100 because if you don't, you won't get the reward until you go back and get all the pieces, then clear level 100 again. This is especially important to remember if you're playing solo as the final floor is pretty challenging.

If you wanna do a build to farm other builds or just farm resources, DPS/Strikers is your way to go

If you want to farm passively, look at the targeted loot of the LZ (open world) missions, if Lincoln Memorial is available with the TL you want, then do it until you reach your goal.
If you want a massive amount of loot and select your own TL , Countdown is another alternative (the best one tbh), run Challenging CD and just focus on helping with the easy tasks (hacking a laptop, hold the SHD caches, stuff like that) until you get your first build.
Summit is also available but imo it's slower

The regular D2 splash screen for the game is brought up, then after a bit, the screen goes dark. Iron lung is by far one of my fav LMGs lately because the fire ammo helps to unsuppress enemies … bluescreen does this as well but you need a skill and stacks

But the mechanic to me is better than st Elmo’s where you get the stacks after you’re done shooting
