Yes it's a missing content , but in the latest update they brought back all Legacy manhunt comms which can be obtained by killing the bosses again and again , this should be added to that manhunt as well.

Nope, once you extract the Attribute, the item is destroyed forever.

once you add an Attribute to your library, it's part of the Library forever, no need to re-add it.

Would any programmers be able to make a small program / app / widget to run on a seperate screen that acts like Division 2's in gsme clock? IE a repeating 24 minute timer that ticks every 3 seconds. It would be a little more complicated than that because hours in game aren't all the same length: dawn and dusk ones last longer than midday/midnight ones, so you'd need to account for that.

Easiest approach would just be to record it for one full day then set it playing back on a loop.

I have a fully finished Strikers build, with my choice of weapons. Im currently running it with the oreo, which when equipped, shows CHC of 60% (without mask on), or 37% with the rock n roll. I have all mods, and all possible attributes rolled currently to CHD. Is it worth switching around to bring up the CHC for Rock n Roll?

Eh it's a lot of factors but really it'll come down to player style/skill or just preference. I'd say oreo is a faster more involved play style where elmo is more sit back and beam stuff.

Really the recent update brought a lot of the guns into a competitive comparison, the biggest factor being how well you can use them. Most can use the elmo better than others because that 20% weapon handling on top of being a reskinned M4 allows them to hit more shots cause missed shots=0 dps. It's more dependent on the player than most think.

Focus the objective whatever it may be. If it's to kill ads cool but if it's servers/computer/power boxes do them, you can sit at a computer while killing stuff. Don't call heli extract until 7ish seconds before the timer runs out. You do countdown to farm so farm the last ad heli for as long as possible. Don't use hackable skills around hunters they will clap you and your team on extract or the start. Learn where all the black boxes are and make sure to grab them for dem lootz.

This happens when you have two weapons of the same catagory. To get around it enter the weapons section and select the weapon you wanna tinker then press the tinkering button(no clue what it is on xbox)

Like do you have two equipped and then tried to enter tinker from the main inventory?

There is a bug where if you have two of the same class weapons equipped and try to tinker from the main inventory it will do this. The fix is to go into the specific item area and select it them press M to tinker. Like if you wanted to do gloves go into the gloves in your inventory highlight the one you want to tinker then press M.

The only notes are, you are forced to play aggressively with it, ammo can sometimes be an issue, and be ready for the fact you will spend more time reloading then firing your gun.

If you bought it a while ago, it could be connected to another ubi account - and that's why you get the error message.

AFAIK, that error can only happen when you try to boot up via Steam, because it then routes to the Ubisoft Connect app - and if it's not the same account as it should be/was the first time, well you're out of luck. Have you sent in a ticket with the steam id?

Countdown is all about buying exo caches, the chance of having them drop isn't as high as most talk about. They get a lucky exotic here and there but forget about 10-15 runs they never got one on.

I think new people farming exotics for a build or cause they need it is dumb. You don't need an exotic for any DPS builds so just slot in grupo/ceska and you'll get what you need in due time.
