They're not tied to a droprate, each completion on Lvl 3 or 4 (chall/heroic) gives you one blueprint that you don't have, until you have them all.
There are more blueprints than CP's existing ingame, so you're going to need to do some more than once.

Enemies send out teams to recapture them, and they do it constantly even whilst you're offline, so you can't keep them all forever anyway.

Although you do get a backpack trophy for holding them all in DC at once, not for NYC though afaik.

Unclear, I got mine early on.
Either way, you're gonna need to capture them all more than once, probably even more than 5x.

attachments, certain gun BP's, gear bp's, etc. All are part of their loot pool.

if you find a control point that you can complete fast and its close to a safehouse you can reset control points every clear and run the same cp on repeat. this will unlock a lot of blueprint pretty quick. if you do it with a couple directives, it can generate a lot of xp for shd levels as well.

reset cp by map> global settings > reset control points iirc.
sleeping giant is a very quick control point for repeat farming.

your choice but i would never recommend to install any sort of game on HDD even its brand new it is still an HDD which wil load the games slower then SSD does

Not to sound pessimistic or anything, but as soon as you plug in an SSD and write to it, it will start dying. Having a drive at 63% health is more of an indicator that you might want to start thinking about lining up a replacement, but that’s only a maybe.

I dont have any suggestions other than what was discussed. Test it on hhd and if it's working fine maybe wipe it off the ssd for a clean install. It wouldn't be a bad idea to save other info on the drive. I'm not gonna suggest formatting the drive but if it is possibly having errors it will.be good to back it up while you can

Depending on the fireteam: Most matchmake Challenging so as to complete it, as Heroic requires more communication/teamwork to successfully extract, Random fireteams can do Heroic but not all extract successfully. Usually it a skill build of Drone and Turret the Hunters hack and it'll fudge a team up real fast

i dont know if this is only certain enemies but i was using st elmo earlier and when the shock rounds turned on the damage per buller went down by like. a lot. they have some kind of protection thats related to status somehow but i only did it in the range. but if its like that with real enemies if nerfs the hell out of elmo and i wont use it anymore. shied splinterer is better anyway

What you level up at first is actually called "Proficiency", once you gain that to rank 10 on each item, you can add Expertise Levels to Gearsets, yes.
Expertise added to Gear only gives +armour, most suggest just to add it to weapons as that gives +damage.

weapons and skills are the only items that really benefit. gear pieces its a lot of cost for very little armor gain

you have to go into the expertise menu > pick specific type/gear/brand/skill > pick an individual item that is in your bag inventory and thats where the option to upgrade is

I played this mission called a "Classified assignment" And it went on a cool down. And a variety of others have shown up on my map.

But when I try to scan the door the enter them. Nothing happens and it doesn't register on my KB or controller?? I don't know if it's a glitch. A server issue. I'm not sure if there is a level to enter them?

(All of them say my current level in the profession menu)

Yeah the ideal chest for a crit build would have CHC and CHD and you'd be able to change the talent as you see fit. Otherwise just go for CHC and obliterate and get another one as you can.

Countdown's been "better" than Summit for a while, yeah.
It's basically a rule of quality: quantity, You get more bulk look in Countdown, but it's less of what you need overall.

although for Exotics, Countdown wins hands down. You can afford an Exotic Cache from the vendor every 2-3 runs.

You want vigilance on the backpack and ideally hotshot instead of aces, but it's not a bad build for most content - if you're running 4 player heroic you'll need to kill a couple of reds or a red and then purple before you can one tap elites, but for solo it should be fine. Don't try in countdown though.

Are you running skills? Skills on hunters like drones/turrets/mines for example, turn against you on hunters, if you’re running/using those, that’ll get you frowned upon/booted. Your dps/build/level doesn’t matter to most players.

🔥 Is the Ugly Green Sweater mission on winter project bugged ?
i tried doing this more than 10 times, the boss wont spawn.
i see many ppl on this server have the same issue.

I have the mission with green ugly sweater as reward, i am tracking that
i watched all the YT videos on it.
i waited at 1040 safe house until 21:00, then walked towards ARK and then towards the boss spawn point. but no boss shows up.
i tried waiting at whitehouse couple of times and then fast travel to 1040 and towards the spawn point, still no boss.
i also used pulse scanner couple of times to find the boss.
i own WONY dlc, completed the story, watch lvl 1000+
what am i doing wrong ?

The way Targeted Loot actually works is that it gives enemies a chance to drop an additiona piece of loot on top of what they normally would, a "targeted loot" drop, if you will.
and you can augment this drop chance by adding on Directives, each one added in gives a slightly higher chance for it to happen (as well as increase xp gained).

recently i created a new character to finish first DC then head to NY, as my main character wasn't fully finished on DC i went to NY where character was boosted automatically and finish the main and side mission on DC which then i missed many collectible's and the story behind the missions so that was the reason why i created a new character. If we look to the map there 3 invaded mission and locked strongholds yesterday there wasn't i suppose its resetted is there still content on DC if so i will continue clearing DC doing the mission or is it done and it will be like this every day or week it resets and its all the same or do i get content once i continue clearing it?

The Strongholds are on a rotation, so each week to get to Tidal Basin one of the four Strongholds will be locked by three missions around the map. You could have cleared them and Tidal Basin yesterday, and today they'd look as you found them. Next week it be either Roosevelt Island or District Union Arena, cuz Manning was last week.

Ok, so I did a whole bunch of runs doing Countdown on Challenging, not a single exotic drop. I did a bunch of Jefferson Trade Center runs on Challenging, I got 2xMerciless, 2xSawyers Kneepads, 1xCoyotes Mask (and it dropped not even from the final boss). So if anyone else wants to farm, I highly recommend this instead of Countdown

countdown exotic drop chance itself is low compared to other activities, you're mostly there to farm high end items and named items

if you want exotics you can buy exotic caches using the currency you get from it, but it won't be affected by targeted

There's a timer to complete most Hunts, so if you kill them fast enough you can get them all quite easily.
If it helps, they scale with difficulty so you can just run it on Normal.

True Sons drop it, so anything that has them is good.

You can actually tell what Faction drops which material if you go to the Inventory > Resources, and it lists which one.
BT drops them all, just in case.
