Yes it gets bugged out often. Actually happens sometimes without cool skills too. The only thing I've been able to do is double-tap to drop the skill in place. Pressing once to throw the skill won't work.

Some skills like foam become completely unusable while skills like decoy/turret/drone can be sorta used. I'm guessing a relog might fix the problem but I haven't tried.

I've been trying it out and sometimes it doesn't even work, since the cooldown is per ally it should but somehow doesn't, can't understand why though. yes, once you get a star on an item it means you got 10 levels of proficiency in it and it can't be donated for anything else, but there's a button to press to donate the stuff you break down to get experience that way as well

yes, after this season dropped the emp stand was lowered for some reason and is under the ground and not able to be destroyed (i havent tried jammer). you may have to wait a few seconds to fire off the flare, but keep spam holding f and youll see it eventually take and you can advance

Watch has 5 categories, one being salvage which you can redeem points collected for credits and most crafting materials.

So once you fill up all 4 of the other sections all your SHD levels just dump into salvage points, your SHD level is global across all characters allowing you to gain those duplicate watch points on all characters and you can delete relevel them to gain fresh watch points.

Yeah most people call it a WONY run and you just take a boosted character 30-40 and beat keener. Can take 1-3 hours depending on carry and if you have a level 30 build preped and know how to do the runs.
