you have a lot experience as with many here. How do you manage being at the top of your game while gear does not scale up beyond challenging and you are a paper tissue at legendary difficulty and enemies become a bullet sponge

striker doesnt require acs shotty for stacking but its a bigboost for it.
HB does require acs shotty for stacking otherwise other builds are just stronger then it.

i still switch to strikers for raid bosses since they usually have a health pool do sustain dps on and a tardigrade tank to keep me alive

expertise doesn't add a huge amount though. Legendary play is mostly a function of understanding good use of cover, AI mechanics, shield peeking etc

wrench means, that slot was recalibrated.

that orange arrow right under the wrench = that stat is in the library at that roll on the bar (so max roll in that exampe)

Well is there a way to turn them around when you deploy them? My sniper always ends up facing me instead of outwards towards who Iam shooting at

i dont play enough artillery turret to answer, sniper usually wont aim at enemy if it will be block and there is another target in its sight. However, it will aim at the target your gun is currently pointed at (like the person's head)

artillery can be blocked by debris or by Massive's buggy code lol, same for snipers, though in both cases it could be because enemies do move soooo, i just shortcut and say division 2 is buggy

correct. Mods can ONLY be inputted into chest, backpack and mask. there are also some crafted improvished gear for gloves, knees and holster you can make too but that is it (and the improvished is weak gear anyways)

So I just started the WoNY DLC, and from my understanding, the "endgame" optimization library begins now from lvl 31-40. Does that mean that, once I get an upgrade, I should extract the max rolled headshot dmg from this piece, even though it's only lvl 31? or would the lvl 40 max roll be higher?

If it clearly says it’s your level 40 library and not your level 30, then I’d put everything I get into it (minus gear you want to use, can extract that later), since the level 31-39 gear is discarded once you reach level 40….

I had a friend help get me the Striker Gearset in The Summit, only took doing Floor 10 like 6 times and I had the whole set. High DPS gearset if that’s your kinda thing.

Yeah john league. Run control point 3 or 4 with directives and pickup the little stuff in between cps

Golden bullet still active for a couple days too so activate that and make everything easier

Yeah this isn’t a great setup tbh. Running overlord on the chest instead of just running fox’s doesn’t make a whole lot of sense especially when Elmo will get you way more crit chance than you need. Also catharsis for DPS builds is generally a bad idea

as long as you go with more than one providence piece (while using st elmos) youre gonna be pretty far over the chc cap, which means youre losing out on a lot of chd or other multipliers like dttooc and dta, which means youre losing a ton of damage

I have been trying to g et memento bag for 100 hours, got nearly 50 exotics 0 memento..... I need that bag.... and then there will be a question of maxed out stats variant of that darn bag.... 100 floors of SUMMIT on HEROIC with 7 Directives on Bag Loot preset yet 0 memento. only 1 exotic bag. my whole build is 50% broken without that bag... (other gear sets are much father behind of being used till I find the bag) I have all the best gear to go with the memento bag so far but I cant find that darn bag... 20 exotic chests opened (6 of them duplicate) I simply do not know the best drop rate for it
