Pistol builds are the only thing hurting the pvp in this game, it's pretty balanced everywhere except pistols. Somebody with 6 blues can pull out a pistol and 1 tap you.
The only thing you can do is run jammer pulse to stop the shield, and foam.

i felt the same way too, i wanted the EB because it looks cool and i wanted to complete my exotic collection, so i put myself out of my comfort zone and tried joining a clan

they helped me build to be raid ready, taught me the basics in the raid then got someone to share an EB because i was unlucky, its just the way the game is

it is usually not long in the summit. between farming stars for exo cache and regular summit drops from target loot. you should be able to find a variety of what youre looking for without too much of a grind.
some of the exo have a project attached and wont drop before finished . raid exo wont ever drop in open world

alright i got mixed results for you, it totally depends on what methods you are using whether its by playing normally or abusing floor 90 replay, with that said i will say that my luck sometimes is good and bad, for example i wanted to farm for tardigrade so badly so i targeted chest armor, grinded for a whole night session, came out with 4 sweet dreams and 2 imperial dynasty, i was disappointed so i slept and tried again in the morning and got the thing, i tried farming masks to get coyote to help my friend build dps, got it in about 3-4 boss runs

which is why its called rng, sometimes ur lucky, other times its not, but you gotta know how to effectively get the drops to spawn more often

but do note that grinding floor 90 on replay is a detriment on your mental health because of how quickly stale it gets

your other choice is countdown, but you need some decent shd level and gear so you dont suffer from the boot

farming countdown is somewhat less stale i think? you can get the cd credits to buy exotic caches, a lot of shd calibration for later uses too

@narrow kraken you can run armor with Striker...but keep in mine. It's really go for specific missions and parts of the mission. Mostly group play when your not right out front. Legendary invaded raids...its all about stack and being able to maintain them. So if your in a mission where you have to run from here to there. You will lose your stscks and then your useless. Run memento couple skill tears with tectian for another skill tier couple blues and run a shield 5 tier shield. So you can take more damage at Sametime get you stacks up.

Selecting the immortal target typs seem to have a big flaw though
Even though the target doesnt die it loses its armor and is reduced to a health damage
This makes comparing sustain DPS between AR's and all other guns impossible

because the chest increases the group damage buff from 15-25% so that is something

for the exotics gloves, this one is tough since you need to kill a black tusk medic to get it, and it does not drop from target loot

but for me i got lucky and got it to drop from an exotic cache from countdown

so maybe after when you got yourself a somewhat decent FI build, try countdown for the countdown credits to trade for exotic caches, since thats what i did in the early endgame to quickly get alot of the exotics that i wanted

yes, but in that case, you should compare to see if you got a better exotic or not, in that case you can dismantle them for exotic parts which you can use to reroll your exotic's stats

it will save you tons of optimization mats, but sometimes you can be lucky and get a god reroll, and most of the times you will get shit rolls, but its still viable to try to reroll them

btw some tips for countdown:

1. always stick to your group running for buffs and hunters at the beginning.
2. if you are running FI, run a restorer hive and a foam chem launcher to help them with the hunters
3. always NEVER ever fire a flare too soon at the extraction points.

for me i first focused on skill haste to get heals more often, but then i find out that my heals sometimes are not enough so its best if you balance both, ideally ur gonna need 100% skill haste

It's best to play those missions on harder difficulties if you can, might as well get some decent gear while you're there.
Challenging should be your default difficulty ASAP, once you get there enemies only drop exotic/gearset/gold stuff.

liberty pistol parts are not dropping anymore. ran the missions multiple times on different difficulties and no exotic parts for the pistol.

Killing Kendra Nelson at the end of the Capitol Building level 30 stronghold will drop the Pistol: Trigger & Mechanism component

Pistol: Receiver & Paint Job, which drops from Captain Briggs at the end of the American History Museum

Staff Sergeant Carl Wade will drop the Pistol: Sight & Rail at the end of the Viewpoint Museum mission on Hard

Master Sergeant Steve "Junior" Quiroz will drop the Pistol: Grip & Tags, along with the Kendra's Liberty Blueprint. He can be found at the end of the Space Administration HQ in Southwest. Again, you have to beat it on Hard difficulty.

My friend and I where hunting for mask’s in NY and where only mission four masks then (lucky,veil,trip,paranoid) we did all the steps and got them to spawn and defeated all four of them but one mask didn’t drop and it was from the one who also drops the key so we are missing the last key and mask to be done. Do we have to do all of it again, what would be a lot of boring waiting for time to move past or will it spawn there next time ?

Best way to farm exotics? I’ve gotten a couple from The Summit but never get the things I want, looking for Coyotes Mask, Memento, NinjaBike and Lady Death.

all of those can drop from summit or other target loot locations except ninjabike bag (assuming that's the one you mean, not the kneepads) unless you unlocked it on the season pass first

summit probably has the best chances of dropping them if you do a focused farming technique like f90 runs, but personally I much prefer open world for the variety, assuming I can find the right target loot somewhere.

countdown has lower exotic drop rate but higher number of drops so that's not bad either, plus you can spend countdown coins on exotic caches for extra chances

make sure you have golden bullet on for any farming except countdown, then you'll be farming faster and earning stars as well (which can be spent on exotic caches)
