its a 100 level tower with loot

you can choose a targeted loot so there will be more loot drops to that item spesificly

it can be any category but not specific like striker kneepads just striker gear in general

Ideally minimum is challenging difficulty for end game. But as a fresh LV 40 you may not be able to so try normal or hard.

for now, since you're trying to put together your first dps set; just get any ND pieces and roll crit chance or crit damage onto them

you want to hit the cap of 60% crit chance or as close to it as possible

and then you can upgrade them slowly as you get stronger and can farm out better pieces of gear

there's this thing called the recalibration bench, which lets you reroll one roll on an item

using the recal station, i recalibrate the skill damage attribute in it to crit damage

I would say yes, at least until you have an idea exactly what you need to get to 40. My thinking is wait til last so I don’t do them before when I didn’t really have to. This is also for reruns, not first time. Also assuming you don’t do other activities, control points, hostage rescues, etc. because if you don’t do any of those, I believe you can do the 3 side missions that pop up and still be under 40. Hope that makes sense.

Firewall shotgun is the only weapon which can reduce the resistance
By testing, whatever how many fire status your have, even it over 150, it still reduce you 50, calculate as 100-50, so prove hazard have hard cap, just player don't need to worry that on pve

that you can reach 100 percent and over with haz prot indicates that there is no numerical cap that can be shown in stats unlike say crit chance at 60. its just that exceeding 100% does nothing extra at all for you

I should tell you that it takes me around 30 minutes to find an actually functioning game of CD

if you go to NY at WT5 by getting there normally, meaning without using the lvl boost, then all the sidemissions and such you have left will remain for you to complete for when you are done with the wony campaign in NY,
1 recommendation before you go to new york is to make sure you unlock all the DZ's with their side missions, and also do all of pentagon and darpa missions,
as all of those are currently bugged and unable to be unlocked at 40 but work fine at 30 wt5, so best to unlock those before going to NY and saving time on unlocking them with workarounds that take time at lvl 40

Yes, you can go over the cap if you have sufficient across both characters when you buy the blueprint. The cap itself won't increase though and you won't be able to pick up any more until you're back under it

I'm quite comfortable making this assertion because I've seen a whole bunch of other experienced players saying the same thing, noone has ever reported seeing them drop anywhere else (having been a regular on this discord for a couple of years now) and because in my own experience of hundreds or possibly thousands of exotic drops since earning those exclusives myself, I've never seen them drop anywhere else.

Because apparently people are cheating the game, doing some kind of farm glitch, and it's messing the servers up, the division devs put out a ban warning, but that clearly is not stopping people

The game to grind for your gear through Countdown is pretty unplayable at this point

It's a shame, it's going to push people away, because pvp is not gunna carry this game in the dz

And if the devs don't really step in and do something outside of posting a message saying they did "server maintenance" people will just call it quits and move on
