Coyotes is a general loot pool exotic. You can have as many as drop for you. I once had several drop from exotic caches

So I'm currently stuck on one of the research stages for my technician specialization, it's "complete Roosevelt island mission", I've done this mission non-invaded, invaded, and everything in between but it will never complete the objective. Unfortunately I need this specialization and I refuse to throw money at ubisoft to get the unlock, any thoughts?

If you see heli cutscene then you good but if you already spawn after cutscene but time didn't start countdown, you can leave

You can check your projects to figure out which area of NY they're in, or just check the map for the little white question marks (smaller than the ones for unknown activities - you may have to zoom in a bit before they show) and of course clear the 'fog of war' if you haven't already.

I don't have any projects for SHD Tech, but the box im missing one for is at the Animal Shelter in WLoNY, I've looked absolutely everywhere for any dashed question mark circles but don't seem to have any un-checked

That ctar is likely just a filler. The famas will be your primary as it has sadist which is required for the build and is a famas which is top 3 in assault rifles and commonly used for pvp

And ctar isn’t that good of a weapon

all pc players, so steam, ubiconnect and epic store are all trough ubiconnect in the end, the other stores just launch that, so all are on the same servers and can play together, no crossplay or crossave to any of the consoles though, or between them aswell

fast enough if not on weird hours or difficulties noone plays on, most of the player base is at lvl 40 and heroic diff, so you wont find many to match with while lvling trough base game or wony, or if you do challenging or below diff.

Components? I have no idea what they mean by that. Optimization does improve the rolls of stats on your gear at a heavy cost of materials, which is what I assume they meant. I forget how some of these materials can be earned, but some can be earned through deconstructing high end gear

Maybe components isn’t the word ….but it was something you collect to optimized your gear

I guess it’s basically the main thing they added over the last year or so. I was told it wasn’t that big of a difference because I was wondering if I could jump back in after not playing for 15 months

But whatever it was, someone told me it’s not a make or break addition to the game if you haven’t played in a long time. Just didn’t know after not playing for so long if I would have to grind for anything before being up to pat with everyone else’s builds

Could also be expertise which fits in better with the timeframe you gave me. It doesn’t improve the rolls of your gear directly but rather adds new stats on them. It doesn’t require mats that are hard to farm for (at least early on, eventually expertise requires exotic components) but the amount required is a lot

31 rounds in its mag, and then a 1 sec reload, have tested those 2 numbers often myself so pretty confident on those, but the rpm is harder to test so i havent done it myself and i have seen several numbers, the one i usually use is 780, but i have seen 750 aswell

I'm overwhelmed by so many icons and stuff to do that I'm confused. I'm a world tier 1,i know I must do 2 invaded mission then 1 stronghold to go up world tier. But there is tons of other sides stuff in RED Icon such as control point. And also the blue side mission. Should I do these first or the stronghold first to up my world tier as priority?

Only the invaded missions/strongholds are required if you wish to progress through world tiers

The blue missions are classified missions which can be played by buying one of the editions for this game and are optional

Side missions reward you with bonuses (such as weapon modifications, blueprints etc), but they aren't mandatory for completion until way later.

for opti recources, the actual fastest is to run watch alt if you are of a decent shd lvl, failing that to farm them:

-shd calibs from countdown chests, and projects, and watchpoints
-field recon from DZ landmarks or LZ control points (also from f10 farming, doesnt give xp anymore, but still gives fast field recon), summit 3floor/bossfloor completion, and watch points
-tac assessments from bounties and missions
-weaves and alloys from TL farming
and all can be crafted if you have the blueprints

Aside from that though, I know ways to farm these resources. I'm asking about what's more efficient bc im not certain in that regard.

For optimization resources, I spend a lot of countdown currency for it bc I dont care for the other rewards though I don't know if that's the best way.

For other resources I lowkey just don't check my stock until decon says I'm full on smth, but that's seems to take too long and I'm likely missing a better way to do this

For expertise, I'm assuming donating gear is more xp than decon and donate the resources they give?

for expertise, donating gear/weapons is the easiest for all the pieces that are easy to farm, so for weapons, normal gear and brands you can donate after farming them in countdown or other sources,
and save your resources for mostly dz gear & exotics that are harder to farm and also for pieces you dont want to run

also buy up all the named you dont have proficient yet from the vendors and donate those to get those up easily, you need 20 of them for lvl 10, and same for weapons aswell

but also in general, at your level dont go all in on expertise yet, just donate in the background the stuff you dont need for library or gearing up, and you will slowly build it up over time, just dump in some resources when you are full on them aswell

creeping death spreads on skill use (and hitting the target with status) and eclipse spreads when target dies, they dont hinder each other. and happen at different times.

i've been playing d1 and d2 solo for like 3000+ hours

i can solo legendaries with like 90% success rate. you just have to assemble your gear for it

I'm using Capacitor, so say I stack the gun to 40, summon the drone and turret, then switch to another weapon, losing the stacks on the AR. Green CPs, Settlement entrances, and the White House minus the areas I mentioned and your good.

interestingly, Castle settlement will not take away your memento stacks so might also not take your ammo (haven't tested). It will however refill armor kits and (if you're not running Pistolero) your ammo.

If your running Gunner when you log in, it will generate ammo wherever you are, however your first fast travel will empty ammo and then generate until you do one of the above or enter a mission.

I believe as long as you don’t use the boost you should be good to go. Once you finish NYC (can’t leave till it’s done) you can fast travel back and forth at any time.
