thats also why it says "missing intel" in red up in the left corner. a lot of times the game tells you or shows you what to do. but apparently a lot of players just miss it or ignore it and wonder why progress hasnt happened

People are often confused by the minor bounties you have to do to unlock the big bounties, think they've already killed the targets when it was just to unlock the targets.

yup. i do a lot of shepherding and ive helped dozens of people kill these manhunt targets. like 75% of those people logged off like a moment after the bounty is dead and never go to the white house to complete the mission

Really just depends what you need more of

Early on you want to get the SHD Calibration and Field Recon Data since they are harder to farm. Everything else you can get relatively easy. Once you have lots of watch points (post shd level 1000) you can use them for whatever you need.

Test subject - cover fire to get dmg buff which is not that far off from capacitor - only 1 bullet needs to hit every 5 seconds

Capacitor - keep sticking yourself out - causes dmg to be taken

Capacitor is the better choice for skill and weapon dmg just it leaves you exposed and more involved

Yeah but it suits my playstyle. I usually go in between hive hits and seeker hits to hit enemies while they're in some sort of CC

Capacitor maxes out at 60% skill damage and 45% weapon damage bonus and after you get 40 stacks which is relatively easy depending on user, you have to hit like once every 5 seconds.
Test is 20% skill damage easily from hitting an enemy once and also maintaining it up by shooting someone ever 5 seconds, but the weapon damage requires you to hit an enemy with a skill ever 5 seconds and realistically I'm hitting them every 12~13 seconds.

I'd say Test is overall a lot safer but if you want to maximize damage (while taking some risks which can be minimized) Capacitor is very superior.

Just wanted to remark on your post once more, by hitting both buffs (weapon and skill buff) you get 40% weapon damage and 40% skill damage for the 5 seconds that both are active (in case u didn’t know)

So roughly yea you’re losing 20% skill damage but again I like test subject for passive shooting enemy to avoid taking too much damage

Gunner is a good specialization I’d say but I think technician might be a better choice for the dmg increase to enemy skills and the skill tier

Did it with basically 1.5 people (an SHD level 1 with not even full level 40 gear pieces, a level ~50 with a random rainbow build, and me, after the other group of 4 disconnected immediately on start and our 4th member in our group also left soon after) and it felt quicker and easier in most ways than with 8 - only extraction was spicy
Enemies died somewhat quicker I think, but there were also way way less enemies overall for sure

Continued for the hell of it and those 2 stuck with me, I think the only thing that was worrisome timer wise is that we didn't have that many people to split up in the room to do objectives so biggest bottleneck was just the running around honestly, barely any enemies compared to usual (and thus far, far less loot than usual too)

And just extraction seemed to be kind of similar to usual-ish with maybe certain waves being smaller, so it was somewhat spicy and had to be taken slowly

not specifically just to seek it out (not sure how many would be down to explicitly only play just for one specific exotic that could take many days to drop), but like play something with target loot and ask them if they could help you out with sniper target loot in case they have the nemesis already and could throw it over if they get it

worst ive seen is 9 weeks for it to come up, but usually its 4-weeks-ish for most, kinda depends on if it comes up or not just when you start the quest or not,

DUA (district union arena) is the stronghold that will be have to be invaded (dcd is a non stronghold). the invaded missions are tied to what stronghold is invaded, but all strongholds have more than 3 missions that can lead into them, so even when DUA is invaded, its not a guarantee that you will have GWH as the pre-req invaded mission for it

Raids only have i think 2 type normal and discovery. Even though it is normal you won't be able to finish with 3 people even if you shot dead people with 1 shot atleast need 6-8 people because there are interaction in which 4 people are needed and at that time you need cooperate with each other with voice chat.

Like clicking 4 buttons at the same time. Destroying things with rockets, damaging enemy with proper coordination.

They’ll likely hold season 10 till they’re ready for season 11. Think season 10 in its current state was rereleased as backup while they continue to fix issues with the previous malfunction and people currently breaking servers with the Anderson farm

If you hadn't been told me about summit i wouldn't have gotten gun at all. I got one and i even helped 1 of my friend to get it. We both got gun on 1st run simultaneously on 10th floor.

not really, story is just for you to learn to play, when you reach endgame you can change the difficulty, you get better gear in return

the loop is just grind gear > play on higher difficulty > grind gear > play on higher difficulty

when you're in story don't worry about gear, just play the game and experience it

Kill the boss if it doesn't drop in 1st try die by any enemy. You will start the floor from 10th floor again. Once you get the bighorn don't finish floor go back to white house immediately and buy bp. And then helpout other who doesn't have open or you can also farm the gun i got second time while soloing on the same floor on the 5th try i even made skill build so i don't have to do anything just sit back and let the dron and turrent do their things.

I'm a bit worried I'm misinformed and that I read it somewhere then the way I got RNG on loot aligned with it giving me confirmation bias, but I was under the impression CP3/4s (not sure about 3, I only did 4s) when completed give a guaranteed blueprint that you don't have yet
which aligned with how every CP4 I did, increased my owned BP by one, so if you're specifically after a certain blueprint(s) you could get bad RNG and get other BPs first, you're guaranteed to get them after X amount of CPs

For the dark zone I’m pretty sure the regular cooldown in 20 seconds. The cooldown in conflict is 180 for some reason. I’m pretty sure when I was getting this I wasn’t in an invaded dark zone where there’s no normalization (if that even plays a role in this) since I usually don’t go into them

You don’t need keys? That sounds nice but last time I went into the invaded dark zone (dark zone in general actually, it just happened to be invaded) I got a bug where I couldn’t open the crates at all. No lock picking, no keys, I could not open them

try deleting the shader cache folders first,
if that doesnt do it try running it with "enable reduced latency" set to off in setting->video,
if both dont help then the next to try is to clean reinstall your video driver,
if it persist then try going back a few versions in graphics drivers and trying if that is better

Rolling back my video driver worked and i think the last few nvidia updates least stable for me then. Latest 528.49 and i have rolled back to 524 version it work smoothly now even on high settings thank you so much

Weapons like police m4 will kill faster than it but unlike those the ACR-E can kill multiple non normal enemies in 1 mag

Yup that's the meta build, you should have 2-3 free stats you can roll to handling FYI.

Chd on all and gear mods 1st, then + use weapon mods, brands and 2nd gear stats to hit 50 chc, and that leaves 2-3 extra slots for another stat (ie can go 2-3 handling rolls)

carnage is a normal drop, can be farmed from targeted loot easily by setting your TL in countdown or summit, or farming missions/openworld for it where LMG TL is
