If you were to recal something on it, recal the third attribute to DTOOC. Safely Distance is probably suboptimal, but it's an MPX and it's one of the best SMGs in this game. Shame that you can't really change its talent to something better, but that's essentially it

Basically you create a new character and skip to WONY.

Finish WONY as fast as possible (fastest solo for me was like 2.5 hours)

When you unlock the watch you can use most of the points for scavenging

And put all of them into SHD calibration

You'll get like... 500... or 800... depends on your watch.

Forget the math exactly but it's good.

the important part is your SHD level is shared between characters

I’ve been low on just about everything while optimizing lol. Just hold on to your watch scavenging until you need it.

ALWAYS check if you’re already full on some mats. If you are donate them to expertise or craft some optimization materials with them.

Otherwise you might be wasting literally thousands of that mat.

If I were to pick the most important materials, it'd be ceramics (for recalibration) and carbon fibre (for crafting SHD/field recon, I think)

But I feel like once you hit past SHD 1000, I could simply use those points for more optimisation mats 😂

After resetting CP’s you have to wait a bit for the convoys to start flowing. Doesn’t happen right away, and they come and go, not a constant flow. I clear territory controls and public executions while I wait since they are faster than other open world activities.

Floor 10 is different. You can kill everything and just don’t go through the door to complete the floor.

also if none of these work, try verifying files before a reinstall, will do the same with less hassle

Do skills snapshot current Skill Tier? I was thinking, I run Decoy and Tac Drone on my sniper build, if I deploy them while having Kard Custom out, then swap back to my sniper, do they keep the Tier 1 skill values or go back to Tier 0 when I swap off?

most skills dont snapshot to tiers and auto update whenever you tier up or down, you can see on the deployed skills what tier they are at the right end of their armour bar, it will update as you pull out and put away your +1 from tdi kard custom, but also from things like future perfect, so in your case no, it would auto update as soon as you swap to your main rifle.

Don't rely on aim assist, from experience. The game doesn't recognise headshots properly in some cases and can be janky.

It does not increase bonus armor. It can increase base armor, but it’s not really worth it. It’s better for weapons because it increases weapons damage, and for certain skills to increase their damage as well.

your best chance is either summit on legendary, or if targeted loot in on one of the legendaries is gearmods that day, both have a noticeable higher max mods per hours than any other method, but only worth it if you can go at a decent speed, otherwise the highest diff you can do at decent speed

you would be much better of doing stuff in smg targeted loot, its no longer only bound to NY world nameds, has not been like that for a long time, so better to farm smg tl in countdown or summit

as the NY world nameds only have a 3% droprate for it aswell, meaning that is a average of 1 out of 34 will drop a lady death, and they are time locked aswell with a 30 min cooldown after each kill

Another cause of crashing from what I've read before is if you recently updated your GPU drivers, you need to delete the ShaderCache folders

just fasttraveling uped the ram usage by 0.4 gb

for instance the nameds of cp4 or the nameds in countdown dont drop tac assessments

in my experience with playing this game with 20+ friends over the years and probably 2-300 randoms, a lot of people think the game ends when you finish the story lol

people have very short attention spans and the gear system is overwhelming for a lot of people

They do story content, maybe they'll do the manhunt stuff as story expansions, and that's it.

Other games have significantly better social functions like player housing or proper towns with trading ,etc.
