Pretty sure strikers is a very go-to (more so than regular HE) for CD

It's super quick and easy to farm (far more so than a HE build, and that guy is just starting out with a new build so it's relevant here), and there's so many juicy targets in CD

For any situation there where HE would do better there it's irrelevant imo because that lone target died so quick anyway
Anywhere else, you open up with ACS and are practically perma 100-200 stacks (and at like stack 60 or so you start overtaking HE builds), without the "downside" of either glass cannon or vigilance needing to be active

In CD you basically have all the upsides without really the downsides of strikers, and the only downside is when you walk into a new room after walking a lot and you have perhaps 0 stacks and thus struggle more with the first enemy, but you're likely (or at least you should be) together with at least several others making it a non-issue and it allows you to be instantly good to go on stacks
Once you're going at the objective, it's very hard on strikers to fall under the stacks needed to overtake HE

Wanted to extend on the excellent advice of Sapherstine, the incoming backup pop-up disappears after a while (and for me sometimes almost instantly), and there's a cooldown on how often you get them (even if there's other requests)

A quick way to see backup requests is go to map and go to the SHD tab

So say scorpio is a shotgun exotic so you target farm it with shotgun as target
Or say memento is a backpack (it has no gearset or brand manufacturer like that) so you target farm it with backpack as target, I'm pretty sure

Unless I'm wrong with that, I haven't extensively tried it but that's how I saw it being described

Yeah not all but many exotics have additional drop chances from specific areas like Coyotes mask from Coyote herself in Jefferson Trade Centre, regardless of target loot

Depends a little bit, headshots or body shots? Armoured vs unarmoured (since health damage on AR boosts it a fair bit)
Overall seems quite nice though, I'm seeing 674k crits on body and 880k on headshots with a quick check on my HE build with famas (should be same base damage as M4 I think)

It's also lacking like 1-2 optimisation passes I think on one or two items

Headshots I think around 900k, armoured I think it's like 150k normal and somewhere between 300-400k crits.

you can get the blueprint from invaded GWH if it is that weeks invasion, at any point after you have 2 parts (1 from adrestia (Scope) and 1 from any stronghold (Tally, Bridle, Scourge))

also manning can drop any stronghold part you are currently missing on the weeks it is the invaded stronghold

easier to join a open clan from the search, get what you need and leave

yeah, it can be rare to get, as you need it to drop with haste + status to recore to yellow core, there are other pieces you can use in the meantime like hana/wyvern as easier to farm, giving up a little status for easier to get piece

yeah you literally get double creds from completing the extraction. so if you dont extract you have a maximum of 105 gained; thats if you killed all hunters and all three missions + main.

and no way to change it/speed it up, its 72 mins per day, a average of 3 mins a hour, but its different irl length per ingame hour

the resources drop at the location you ambushed the convoy at, not at the last kill like a key, look around to find them, and in the future make a mental note of where you attack the convoy so you easily find it

yeah, I think you get the project added to your project list after finishing floor 100 and firing off the flare for the first time, that should ask you to donate some other random stuff, then you get the blueprint for the chest and can use the exotic parts to craft it (if you got all 5, but you can always go back and get ones you missed)

My friend grinds mods on countdown and deconstructs all those for printer filament. He then uses that printer filament to level up the proficiency level of an item

ive went up 3 expertise levels in a week without even really trying to. Just play with different builds, donate junk and donate mats to any specifc items that you wana level up quickly. Otherwise just play and youll eventually get there

pro tip, farm convoys, decon or junk it all. Youll get super fast SHD levels and expertise

Are the difficulties basically the same anywhere? I'm a nublet and find challenging is too much of a cakewalk but heroic is too hard, is there really nothing in between? Or are some activities naturally harder maybe?

Oh and another question: Aren't the weekly missions and especially legendary weekly missions supposed to give exotic caches? I only have XP rewards for the weeklies and literally no reward at all for the legendary 🤔

You can use directives to increase difficulty in certain ways but yeah the jump from challenging to heroic is a big one. The projects which are supposed to give exotic caches (weekly summit, weekly legendary and shd donations) still do, it's just a visual bug that they're not listed as a reward

if you use matchmake and accept an invitation to someone elses game, it'll take you to their level - if it's lower than yours, you'll keep your existing checkpoint. If it's higher, you'll get their checkpoint.

Currently it drops from the raid chest at the end of the raid with a 10% drop chance iirc

THat can happen if the routing between your ISP and the game servers is screwed up, you can try to see if that's the case by connecting using a VPN. If it works then it's almost 100% the issue

It's kinda the worst problem to have if VPN isn't an option, since you can't really do anything about it except asking your ISP to fix it. But in general ISPs don't care about that unless it's a mega high profile game from my experience

the tombs leveling method is an AFK method.
it uses a script that makes the player jump over thewall, activates the jammer pulse, and does a wipe sequence with either a nade or a fire sticky, then presses the respawn button.
it is set on an infinite loop
you can get approxmately 44301 XP (more or less) per round which takes about 20-30 seconds. you can get approximately 7 levels an hour.
Which means its not much as a method of ACTIVE levelling

and convoys would still be faster at anywhere between 20-70/90 levels an hour depending on spawn rng

the main draw of anderson is the guaranteed exotic on completion at any difficulty. for your first time id say do it on whatever difficulty you find most fun at your current power, then if youre gonna do it again drop it to normal in order to farm exotics. you can get one every like 10-15 mins

its called SHD level, its similar to diablo's paragon levels if you know that. every time you level up you get 1 point to spend in one of 5 categories, 4 of them increase a stat of your choice by 0.2% up to a max of 10% and the other 1 grants a specific crafting resource of your choice

You have a better chance of when they go on sale, the only thing is you do need to go in the dz and farm sim enemies, deconstruct their loot and extract the currency they give you which isn’t at all as bad as trying to farm loot

Pick up 10 call the extraction, watch for rogues, run away from it till 30 seconds approach, run back, attach if it’s clear and go about your merry way no big deal if it’s taken

Do it in a small dz, east will never work

What’s the best way to take down the war hound convoy? I’ve had about 4 attempts and it all goes to hell, for me there’s no cover anywhere and it seems to draw other black tusk patrols in the area from all directions, holed up by tidal basin on my last attempt and it didn’t go so well

They only seem to spawn for me in the west Potomac park where the resource convoy from flooded levee takes route to Washington monument and there’s this pathway another one comes through west of flooded levee, no cover there

the fastest way i have found to level things is just to play with directives on

against the marauder, use something with a little more range,
with a vector, even if its hovering right above you, its not going to be in even the drop off of optimal range and you will be doing 50% damage, a rifle or AR with long drop off is much better

Invaded missions and strongholds give 5 spec points each your first time through after reset on Tuesday (any difficulty). You also get 3 spec points each time you level up. I believe bounties reward spec points as well.

also you can kill the 4 engine to force it to hover in its location, and then if you fall back to behind the boat, and make it so you are peeking over the roof of the boat to see it, then you can shoot it without it getting shots back, as you can shoot the top, but the gun and missiles come from the bottom of the marauder and will hit the roof

at around 14/15 is when it starts to become grindy, as you run out of the easier options, but also at 15 you have 75% of the bonus for weapons already, so the bigger part is already available,

so best to grind that last part at a slow pace by just having some of the remaining items as secondary weapons, or giving up a little output to put in one of the dz items into a build just to lvl those up

eventually you will reach the top, also if you reach that grindpoint and want to grind it, watch alts are probably faster than anything else aslong as you are 1.5k+ shd, easier the higher watch lvl you have

Use at least one of those. I’d prefer scorpio. If you’re using opportunistic (which is ideal on a healer build) then the shotgun should be your main weapon since you won’t be dealing much damage by yourself. Healers are about providing buffs to their team, not dealing damage unless running an all red future initiative build.

So in the free season pass, you will unlock the final manhunt missions (can’t access the entire thing) at certain levels, around the 60s area. Once you unlock those, say for hornet, you go to tidal basin and while on the map you hover over tidal basin and press select mission mode

Well, that’s about 21k in printer filament, and I believe it takes 300 printer filament to move one item one level, which means you could up Appx 70 levels

As an example, I got about 9000 points each time I completed wony. It took me like 9 runs to go from expertise 5 to 21. You might need to do 40 run of wony to get to expertise 21. This course is just an estimate.

I just made it to world tier 1 on my first character and I really like finishing the map but now when I capture control points they become enemy control points after some time, should I just clear strongholds first?

need help, which is the best and good primary / secondary weapon for this setup?

but i dont use technician. i run fire wall instead since i cqb face tank with it
I use Fenris Obliterate with either a famas Strained, fast hands, optimist/perf optimist or insync with a striker drone

You should be able to find fox's and contractors in overlord and Petrov targeted loot respectively

3-4 drop every countdown with that loot in my experience

PvP is so broad on this game I have been focusing on CRIT Hit Chance and CRIT hit damage for my build. Is this good or am I wasting my time?

i think generally CHD and CHC are the move unless you're a god at headshots then sometimes headshot DMG builds can be better

but the pvp is a little more diverse on this game than div1
