weapons all have a fixed base damage, the RNG for weapon damage is in that weapon stat. so in that example you roll 12.1% LMG damage out of 15% max.

They are few and far between. Good xp, but not enough to make it the only thing you do. Also resetting control points so they are all red helps spawn enemy resource convoys.

for information i have an AMD ryzen 7 5800H / RTX 3060 / 8GB RAM and an SSD even if it's a laptop i think that it's a pretty decent config and i play in a lot of game on ultra 144FPS

run a 4pc eclipse fire build or a chainkiller regulus build if you have it
fast travel to a location near the convoy, chase them. take out the first group.
the next waves will come from a spawn point nearby, usually a man hole or some door.
you can camp and kill them at spawn then move to the next convoy

u can have AOK or skill haste on mods. up to you
for guns can have scorpio or capacitor, the other gun can be pyromaniac or a shotgun with ignited, insync, whatever. up toyou. make sure each of your guns has as much damage to armor as possible (hence shotgun/capacitor/scorpio)

For the trophy they are specific bounties. They are the ones you earned after completing the “liberation” projects. Complete x amount of activities in that district, donate resources to control point, find 5 shd tech. Then you would be rewarded a specific bounty and some xp. This trophy has been known to have issues. Was Always best to do the bounty as soon as it was rewarded. Need to work with someone who has completed it to work out which ones you need to do. Some have had to start a new character to get that trophy.

What is your season level? Need to be above 85 (it is a reward at that level) before it will be added to your general loot pool.

If you join him everything will scale to you so he will get more xp and level faster. If he joins you, you could do higher difficulty missions for more xp, but they will not count towards his progression through the story because he has to complete them on story mode for them to count. So imo, better to join him. Again if he joins you, you would need to do the missions twice. Once on the higher difficulty, then again on his map on story mode to count towards his progression.

They are the next step in the leveling process. Completing 2 invaded missions and the associated stronghold will increase world tier by 1 level. Your on world tier 1 now, so the above would put you on world tier 2.

do the story content and don't worry about gear/weapons until you're level 30, or level 40 if you got the warlords expansion

Focus on getting to end game first. That’s level 30/world tier 5 on base game, or level 40 if you have the warlords expansion. Focus on main missions till around level 18-20, then begin doing side missions. This is because they scale as you level up and are worth more xp at the higher levels. They equate to about 1/3 of a level each. Don’t worry to much about gear, it gets replaced quickly as you level up. Just use the best pieces you find, and use this time to play with different equipment and weapons to find what you like best or what fits your play style. Above all have fun.

another that will count is the single hunter in the schaeffer manhunt final mission, it can be toggled from the coney amusement park mission and done twice for it, but requires you to have it unlocked on the current season reward track, all the previous manhunt missions are unlocked by season lvl 70

also killing blow doesnt matter for this case, the countdown ones just dont count, either by oversight or as a game design choice, we dont know which

PUG Legendaries are typically a lot harsher in that regard than CD is, so just relying on people to carry you with a crappy build is usually not going to work. The least you can do is put together a turret/drone build to at least provide some sort of damage and distraction.

---Current season exotics, just require being unlocked viva season track 1st.
---Past season exotics are automatically added to general loot pool after their season.
---Crafted exotics require owning the blueprint 1st.
---Exotic caches can drop any exotic that is currently unlocked for your target loot pool.

a good rule of thumb is, If you would recalibrate the item, and all 3 stats/ talent are not what you would want from the item, then trash the item. Basically if it needs more then 1 recal could fix to have the correct stats/talent, then it is trash.

starting out, just pick out a build or two you want to go for, and then any piece that doesnt really fit those builds you can extract the stats from, the library is put it once and use as many times you want, so with any top stats you get that are missing, put them in there unless they are a direct upgrade for your builds

and asto in general knowing what is worth keeping, that just takes time to figure out, just look at builds in the spreadsheet for instance, and see what brands and talents get used allot, and you will see a pattern eventually as to what isnt getting used

pretty much, but from what I remember, even that wasn't that big of a difference to really make it worth it. It's all about the extraction anyway, so a successful extraction on challenging will obviously yield more than a wipe on heroic. As with everything farming-related in the game, it boils down to efficiency.

This is a good/quick hanging black crate resource run. Each crate drops 30/39 resources (10/10/10 various) and there are 10 crates. Takes about 7 minutes once you get it down. Can run it with multiple characters to increase the amount you get if they share resources.

every pvp build set i've seen are just like a jumbled mess of high ends

if you're after some items that are easier to get (especially say gear pieces where there's not many combination of attributes you need to get right) but want it as high rolled as possible to not need to spend a lot optimising it, or you want to maximise earning a lot more coins, then HC is more suitable

If he doesn’t care for story, lore or getting to experience side missions and learning the skills slowly then yes… depending on how much time you put in per play it might take a few days seeing as most walkthroughs are at least 24 hours and the world tiers are I’d say 12 hours

The NY campaign is around 12 hours but it’s more division 1 speed - everything is slower

Carbine 7 you should look for one that has Damage to target out cover or at minimum damage to armor as the secondary slot - the talent can be anything you might find useful but contributes to either the weapon damage or it’s handling… fast hands for faster reload, on empty for better handling, strained for more damage

Talents that are good on AR’s include flatline, in sync, strained, fast hands, preservation and possibly Ranger or killer which varies on your build

I think fullscreen in this game makes proper use of DXGI flip model, so it's basically similar to windowed full screen but benefits from separate pane fullscreen performance optimisations

AKA you can just put it on full screen to maximise performance and input lag (not that they'd be necessarily lower on windowed/fullscreen windowed, but those are at best equal) while also having near-instant tabbing out

Most of the time people put a game as fullscreen windowed even though it potentially has every so slightly less performance to be able to instantly alt tab vs regular full screen that might take a little to tab out (and game also hides if you do so), no need for that compromise here (though on modern hardware and modern OS, usually fullscreen and fullscreen windowed is near identical, even though exclusive fullscreen is at worst equal or edges it out sometimes)

can yes, likely less so, its a full random drop, so may take a while to get a specific drop, but you are getting exo comps from stuff you dont want, and other exos that you may still also want

otherwise going farming in countdown with mask TL can be a way to go for it, likely will take about the same time as there are 3 exo mask, so even a exo tl drop is 1 in 3, but may be good for some variety to break it up

there are some minor things to spend it on there, namely 4 chest in the safehouses, but you will also get another 20shd for those in NY, and they are just 2 random loot drops so nothing really usefull, most end up with a few shd left after all the campain once you have gotten all the skills and perks

common cause is if you have the ultimate edition or the year 1 pass, as you dont have to pay for the stash upgrades as they come with that. so you will have a few left over

not really shd watch is added bonus but a good 60 chc,100+ chd negotiator and shield glitch should make u legendary ready. u nee dto position yourself properly in missions
