like during the div 1 the whole development/update scene was more transparent, now we don't know jack shit.

During the div 1 they said they would do something and they'd try to do it right but during the div 2? Everything is the same but either they half ass it or ruin it. or they do both and don't show us the full picture.

most of my favorite builds have been ruined because of some nonsense that I didn't even know was coming.

One significant change between Div1 and 2 is the absence of the main dev team in 2, which is why it's so different in many technical aspects, imo

Div2 is still a decent game if you can forgive the occasional inconsistencies and annoyances

A lot of different factors add up to why and how many crashes are still unresolved. But I'd like to think that the devs are working on fixes.

I play on Xbox One and Series X, yet I still get occasional crashes here and there, so I don't think only PC players feel the pain.

Yea 2 does crash a lot more than 1

Only time the game crashes for me on 2 is when EAc acting up but I do get on the occasionan freezes then I’d have to pull out task manager n force close the game

I think Breakpoint is Wildlands' sequel but idk if you're meant to play Wildlands first

also when I started the DLC, going to marked locations on the map, the game was really hesitant to spawn new enemies

in fact even now that's only happened like once or twice, the anglers and gulpers etc. are mostly delegated to off road areas you generally have no reason to go to

the marked locations have ghouls, super mutants and trappers (who are just different raiders lel) so it was really boring and samey for a supposed big expansion

oh, my character at this point (I just dip into it now and then) is some cheaty well-OP one, level 130-ish probably. After playing the base game through a couple of times normally, I always end up wanting to play a 'master of all trades' type (with the aid of cheats and mods) and that's what I happened to be doing when the dlcs finally went on a deep enough sale

There's one on that one destroyed highway road, vaguely remember it. Shot it once because I was curious and then this mfer popped outta nowhere.

I immediately pressed the Home button on my controller and left the room.

I started the DLC around 20-30 and it was boring
and I came back around 50/60-70 and it was still boring
that Hermit Crab went down easy

just learned I got BM'd out of two of The Mariner's three quests because I took the obvious and smart choice in the first one

I got the game+all DLCs on sale for eight pounds so it's been pretty good

Far Harbour's weapons and outfits aren't as good as Nuka-World's either

yeah I got the base game when it came out but didn't get the dlcs until last year, they just always seemed overpriced

Once you have it, just transfer the weapon over to upgrade it to lvl 40
