Quality stuff isn't cheap. And you're still risking a lot.

I'm not saying that I agree with the methods involved my guy. I'm saying that it's not surprising why they're doing it.
Also, be glad we're getting anything at all. This game's life cycle was supposed to be over after Warlords of New York dropped.
It's only through the indomitable support of the player community that this game has gotten, that we're still getting content afterwards. No matter how small that content may be.
The fact that we're still getting anything at all simply means that there's still something to be gained for investors.
Now I don't know much about office politics, so I can't say how much of Ubisoft was for continuing support for Division 2, and how much of Ubisoft was against it. But it's clear as day that the game is not dead.
Especially when there's still this much activity on this Discord server you're currently in. And especially by the risk Ubisoft is taking by continuing support for a game who's cycle was already supposed to be done.

Another thing that you also need to understand is that Division 2 is barely considered a live service game. It's not on the scale of an MMO as some would like to believe. Not even close.
And what it offers in terms of microtransactions, is nothing more than cosmetics. i.e. weapon skins, outfits, emotes... All of these which can be earned by playing the game. Reducing overall income.
Division 2 has the Seasonal Battle Pass. Which they sell for $10 and is a one time purchase. And it also has the DLC. Are you starting to see what I'm getting at here?
Other than copies sold, and DLC sold. There's not a whole lot else to be made from the game. How much are you personally willing to spend in the store? Are you willing to buy every single item with money and not textiles?
Are you going to buy every season's premium battle pass? Division 2 is not a live service. It's a game that's practically getting free content updates at this point. It's not surprising Ubisoft went for a mobile market.

Also, Warlords of New York did more than add new things. It reworked and fixed a lot of things too. The expansion did a lot to improve the game overall and it brought a new breath of fresh air into an otherwise stagnant game.
It solved a lot of issues that players had been griping about for ages. There's a reason is was a wild success.
We're not likely to see anything on that scale again for a good long time if at all.

Thats the damage formula. All sources of each sub group are added together, then subgroups are multiplied to each other. amps are always unique sources of damage, so they have nothing to add with, so they are just straight multipliers

What do you mean by different? As in different from most other rooms? If so, that's because all floors on increments of 10 are Boss floors.

Each floor 10 layout for me from each session has been random. Going back to the lobby then loading floor 10 again switches the layout, iirc

yup, if you wipe on heroic/leg and have to run back through a couple of floors from the last checkpoint, you'll find the layouts the same (and loot rooms still looted) but the actual enemies and tasks in each room will change

If it ever suddenly tells you to go back, keep going where you were initially going. Unless it's bounties. AGH who am I kidding, navigation can suck in Div2. It is an incredibly strong Sniper set, able to proc damage in the tens of millions, if not much higher.

Just go for all but Chest+Backpack, for Chest use the named Headhunter Talent ("Chainkiller"), and Backpack go Vigilance.
and try out either White Death, Nemesis, or Mantis. Other MMR's work too, but those are the top 3 ingame, in no particular order.

Assuming you just aren't out of the requires Resource, it's a very old bug.
Try restarting div2+your PC, then waiting for the daily Reset if that doesn't solve it.
after that, you're out of luck, thankfully it's not a big reward anyway.

Regardless, SHD level shouldn't be treated in a way that defines skill and knowledge, you should progress at a pace that you feel comfortable with rather than endless mind numbing grinding for levels. The more you engage with the game in a variety of ways, the less chance you'll feel burnt out. Mixed it up @silk wing

People want more power than ever before these days & everyone is mostly running contractor's and FP for damage to smash Countdown, challenging, & heroic already, but sometimes have to sacrifice some chd which is either good or bad based upon your build. Hey @waxen herald I’ve had that problem before with Rockstar games. If you have Google Translate on your phone you can switch it over to the camera mode and it’ll translate the screen as long as you can figure out what language it’s in

and the anger will be double, i lose XP, i lose items and i can't get them back because i'll most likely spawn on another server that wont have my items dropped on the floor.
Going rogue will just make me lose XP and get killed, not a lot, but pisses me off..
