One question for those who play hardcore mode. I see one person said that since the hardcore character will only meet hardcore character, most of the times you will have an empty dark zones for yourself. And because of the way dark zone works (extracted items will go do mail, And mail is shared by both hard core And soft core characters). This is basically a way to farm pvp exclusive gears by doing only pve although if you die you have to get another character.

Sure, you're much less likely to bump into people. But think of the downsides.
Pros: 1) Much less likely to get ganked by players. 2) Watch resources.
Cons: 1) Ya dead, ya dead. 2) Gotta Start back from NYC each time. 3) Time that could have been spent farming something else (Named Caches for example). 4) DZ loot is scaled to challenging. 5) Bugs and crashes can lead to immediate game over.

But i also have some solution to it. 1, i have a friend who is also interested in dz exclusives But don't like to play pvp, if i can get him to do it with me the survivalbility will be much higher. 2, if we don't die at all then leveling up the character is only a one tume job. 3, names caches is also very inefficient and time consuming. 4, I'm not sure what you mean here, is it the landmark difficulty? If that's what you were talking about, then having 2 people will likely lower the difficulty.
However game crushing will still be my biggest enemy, But If ubi can get the game stabilized i think I'd give it a try.

Setting CPU affinity of Easy Anti Cheat to a single core (CPU_1) makes it to where I crash maybe once a week.

I've only crashed once since I changed that, and I think it was because the game was trying to load and I changed screen resolutions, so it went into a tailspin.

I don't know if expertise right now is additive or multiplicative, but a high grade regulus can delete a 2.2 million armour tank player in 2 shots

This is especially considering that no one, not you, not steam, not IGN, not anybody other than Ubisoft/MSV can actually present accurate data on that subject.
