The problem with releasing more content without fixing what you have already, is you're just making everything worse. One change in the line of code can completely fuck something else up.
The more you add to the game, the more liable it is to fail. Any system that has a ton of moving parts will always be more failure prone.
If they don't dedicate a whole Title Update to improving performance and optimizing the game, it's just going to get consistently worse.
I'm not talking about rebalancing or nerfing shit. I'm talking about making the game more stable and squashing bugs. The rebalancing can come afterwards.
What's even the point in rebalancing shit if people are going to leave anyway because the game is so damn problematic?

Well what i meant is as long as you deliver a product where people pay amounts above 60 €/$ + whatever amount for DLCs and seasons, quality should be impeccable. Here they promised a live service game but didn't deliver as expected. Then we got 2 years of nothing and a team of (if i recall) 30 to 50 people working on a new gamemode, a few new items and an expertise system which adds nothing to the game. AND when they deliver the new update after 3 PTS there is pretty much no new contents and it's a buggy mess (still is today). I had crashes issues since the game released in 2018 and i don't think it will be fixed when TU 16 releases. It should have been a priority from day 1..

That's why they should not go with any compromise and only focus solely on fixing the game. You're going to have more success with a functioning game, than a game with new content that only works half the time for half the players.

There's always something good to go back to for many people. The industry of video games is more diverse than ever. And if the new shit can't keep the people's interest because it's so fucking broken, then yeah. That's what's going to happen.

At that point, you're basically comparing the lesser of two evils. Is it worse to completely fix the game or is it worse to try to fix as much as possible while also adding a few things here and there knowing it'll probably be broken and just as upsetting.
My personal belief is that they should just focus on improving the game instead and save themselves the hell that comes with the other option in the long run.
If people know new content is coming afterwards, then what does it even matter at that point anyway? You just keep waiting like how you already have for the past year.

Any percentage increase over anything lower on your gear is and always will be a good thing. It's not a bad thing to have low rolls on anything as the games all about the loot and progression. You did say yourself that you're SHD63 which is pretty fresh off the boat from Liberty Island. I'd be worried about your percentages on gear if you were in the high 1000's, that means you're doing something wrong grind wise. But for now, you'll see your gear and gear mods increase in strength every time you play - it's just down to RNG and the difficulty level you play content at.
Even to this day I'm still not maxed on alot of Skill mods and have yet to find a god rolled incoming repairs or protection from elites gear mod.

You're much better off looting them off enemies and raising the difficulty of whatever activity you're doing.

You could probably try #unofficial-troubleshooting if someone has a similar thing to this. Maybe submitting a support ticket might help too (see pinned section).
For myself, I haven't been able to receive clan invites at all because they don't show up in my inbox for some reason (even though there's an exclamation point showing there's something there). This bug has never been resolved for me since playing this game.

The process is:
- clear the floor
- dont go thru the door at the end
- wipe/kill self
- repeat
Don't leave the floor. If you do you lose the checkpoint. Once you clear the room, your checkpoint progresses to 11. You have to reset and go back up to 10 again and get the floor. Unless you leave someone behind to hold the floor
If you are running pistolero, as the host, you will never have reserve ammo on your primary and secondary weapons. However all other players joining after you wipe will have ammo + reserves as long as they have ammo prior to joining you (this means not joining from their own summit session with pistolero or ammo hoarders on)
If you are the joiner, always try to join from White House shooting range after a reload to guarantee ammo to avoid the game f**king you over with no ammo

It wasn't. For reference, I just got one in exo cache.
They don't remove gear from the game, the only time locked items are Chill Out Mask and The Sleigher weapon.

It's good to see, I play mostly solo as my friends played D1 and didn't give the second a chance unfortunately, their loss really. Despite the content drout its good to see the game receiving the attention it so desperately deserved, even with the crashing or pesky bugs (most of which have now been ironed out)

Bare in mind that there's few similarities between the striker in D1 and the newer version in d2.

Nope. Has to be with new players. If you've owned the game for longer than a week, the people doing it for the outfit become ineligible for the rewards.
So basically, it has to be done with brand new accounts.
