Yeah, so basically on every floor iteration of 3, 6, and 9, there'll be a chest at the end you can open with the summit key.
The round floors like 10, 20, 30, etc. are boss floors. So the boss loot is basically the chest of those floors.

The floors can get nutty on the higher difficulties when there's more people. But overall, it gets boring fast since the selection of environments are pretty slim and get repetitive quick.
Additionally, because the climb is so monotonous and tedious, most people just try to speed through it to hit the boss floors. Which is where most of the fun is. Especially if it's Floor 100.
Ultimately, Summit is just for farming gear and materials with little effort involved.
Interestingly enough, Summit on Legendary with all directives enabled is still the hardest content in the game by far.

Probably referring to the local config files. Typically things that hold customized settings on how the game should run (i.e. vsync, fps, texture settings, fov, etc).
Files that save character progress such as levels, items, and resources, are held on external, shared datacenters controlled and maintained by Ubisoft. No one has access to those files.
Those files are linked to your account exclusively and are only in use when your playing the game.
There are some things that you can adjust within the config files that are completely fine to alter, but it's ill advised unless you know exactly what you're doing.
There's settings in there that you're not meant to see because the average player will have no idea what their purpose is or what changing them entails.
So it's generally best to just stick with the in-game settings you can actually see while playing and at most, only rely on third party software such as Nvidia GeForce Experience, to further alter visual fidelity.
Other than those two things, I wouldn't know what else they could be referring to.

Leverage the cover in the area. Hunters are tricky, but good cover can make it easy to funnel them or separate them.
Also, if you can lure them into an area with other NPCs or wait for nearby friendlies to pass by, they can help lessen the burden and draw aggro.

I think friendly NPCs are actually the best allies against any enemy in the game actually, if I'm not mistaken. They last about as long vs everything, I think.
Which tells me that they all take almost same amount of damage universally. It's like they have 100 HP but every bullet they get hit with only deals 1 damage.
That combined with the fact that there's usually like 4 or 5 of them makes them great aggro sponges against annoying enemies.

That's probably why. More waves are supposed to spawn in. Once you kill them, a marker highlights the resources, and you walk over it, then it completes.
Spawns might have bugged out, or for whatever reason, the AI didn't spawn in combat, meaning you actually have to go find them to "reignite" the encounter.

If you own the Ultimate Edition or the Y1 pass, Sharpshooter, Survivalist and Demo are already maxed out, so you don't have to do the field research for them anymore or level them up to 165 spec points.

Yes, you can reroll only one stat using your stats' library. Optimisation allows you to "optimize" all stats - you choose which stat to improve each time.
If you have for example 15% crit chance stat in your library, you can reroll that 15% to your item.

If you have max rolls saved in your recal library, they're saved there
So if you have the max 10% damage to enemies outside of cover attribute in your AR library, you can recalibrate the third attribute of an AR when you can. Keep in mind that you can only recalibrate once on a single weapon, but you can optimise it as many times as you resources
For exotics, you can only optimise them. If you want to recalibrate a stat, you need to reconfigure that exotic by "building" it again at the crafting table

If you have a value of, say, 5% crit chance saved on your library and add it to a weapon, then find a gun with 10% crit chance and extract the value to your library, you can change the 5% on the first gun to 10% again without needing to use the optimization feature to upgrade it little by little
For exotics, you can optimize stats but not recalibrate them, with the only option besides optimization being reconfiguration at the crafting bench
Reconfiguration, optimization and recalibration are separate features surrounding the stats system

Every once in a while, go to your skills list and flip through every slot, junking copies and favoriting the highest ones you have
I specifically say to do it on the skills instead of the mods list because the list doesn't show equipped ones

Fun gun to use. I've had wacky moments with it, spamming +11M shots on occasion. Only in groups though, where people can give you a lot of buffs at once.
I do not recommend it without a crit build though. Or if you can't land shots.

I've always just used the traditional method. DPS is the literal acronym for Damage Per Second. How much damage a gun does in a single second.
In the most optimal conditions the Virginian can hit a whooping 13M. I would know, because I have achieved that number on more than one occasion with it.
But apparently that's shit DPS. Considering the RPM is 100 and that hitting 13M more than once in row is not impossible, I would wager the DPS of the gun to be only slightly over 13M actually.
But only in the most optimal conditions. Which obviously can't always be met.
So hell if I know what the definition of DPS is and how it's determined by the community here.

It makes me wonder at which point is WD over CHD a loss, not that you can't have both at the same time
What does make me wonder is having builds with one or two blues doesn't feel like it impacts damage as much as the loss of 15 or even 30% WD would imply
I get the feeling there is some solution that can be found with differential equations

Any time you update your graphics card drivers, I recommend going into C:\Documents\My Games\Tom Clancy's The Division 2\ShaderCache and deleting anything in there. This will cause the game to rebuild the game shaders on launch. I know it sounds crazy, but it has worked for me and a few of my friends.

Well, we tested some skills + weapons being upgraded to +20% expertise. Everything, besides weapons - is absolute garbage. You know, upgrading BASE stats was incredibly stupid and lazy idea. For example, your drone damages for 1000 hp. After wasting tons of resources and exotics, it now damages 1200 hp. What a massive difference, WOW!
If the intention was to make us more powerful - they fucked up for 200%.
Make these 20% multiplicative or, at least, let it be the standalone modifier, which will apply not to base stats.

You get +30 seconds to wait for the helicopter to arrive, than another +30 seconds to board the helicopter after it gets there
It's just cheesing the system to farm for more loot if possible since the enemies will continuously drop in the area until time runs out.

they are collectables, the manhunt ones usually drop from the yellow things you do for the manhunt, some of the named mobs, some just completing parts (they're the voiced things you pick up)

Each Countdown run takes about 20 minutes (factoring in load times and the escape), so make sure you kill all the Hunters+loot them.
each has a guaranteed named item drop.
