Floor 10 in Summit is a floor that you can complete in about 30 seconds if everyone knew what they're doing, and with tons of directives, and after completing floor, everyone commit die and they respawn at elevator and then they can do floor 10 again, rinse and repeat, rack up lot of XP and loot

People used to do floor 90 but it takes too long and the thing you actually want is the XP/loot from completing floor

Actually, the reason I don't play PvP on TD2 it's because on the TD1 the amount of hackers is insane. Right now, I can find a hacker on TD1 every time I hope to DZ. On TD2 it might be a bit better because there's anti-cheat (on TD1 there isn't) but I still hear people complaining about hackers on TD2. So I was curious about how bad the situation on TD2 is to see if I give it a try or not

Get every piece of gear to 'Proficient' = mega Expertise score. I find Countdown is doing that quickly, though if you can set up a Floor 100 farm, that might be pretty good too

All exotics are available at all times with very few exceptions.

And even those exceptions aren't limited to seasons, just exclusives to certain modes like Raids. Or Projects.

If you make it your mission to collect them, then with a bit of grinding and patience, you can get all of them.

That's how I did it. 6 pieces of each set plus some weapons and skills that also garner xp. Be sure to try and atleast make yourself useful to the team though. I.e skill tier based gear, riot foam and Scorpio for named enemies and hunters.

Theres the exploit method that I can't really comment on here but YouTube will help you with that, it's something I've avoided because it's very repetitive and much more boring than summit grinding lol

Ah OK, so faction keys. Those open up small chests throughout missions, you will get an idea for where they are as you get experience. It will be specific to the faction that the mission is related to, so you'll only get Black Tusk keys at Tidal Basin for example

So countdown for me has been giving me around 50 peices of gear per run, so on average around 10 sublevels of expertise per run.

So with 200 sublevels per expertise level to increase each expertise level i guess thats like around 20 countdown runs per expertise run to get a expertise level up.

Those are Skill Parts which are tied to either the open world, missions or summit which is from a Directive called Scavanged Skills. "Skill cooldowns are only reduced by collecting Skill Parts from killed enemies & destroyed weakpoints"

I seen an article on twitter yesterday something along the lines of "Ubisoft needs to develop a Division 3" and the comments underneath were mixed. I personally would prefer them to bulk out the game we have because I would rather they spend the time and money on improving this whilst building upon it. The problem with a new game is - new bugs and systems that don't work the way players want them to all at the cost of a new map and probably an entirely new storyline.

I love the franchise and the lore but you're right, there's alot of potential - the problem is budget.

If anything, the recent surge of player returns or those picking it up for the first time through the good feedback of a return to new updates the statistics behind this is what will be the deciding factor on a Year 5, at current the devs seem to only have a current plan for 2 more seasons of content and after that it's open to a decision. I just don't know how the game can expand if there's no plan to have an expansion in any form so a D3 would be more likely than the hopes we'd have for D2.

It seems right now that only one person in the group will receive the key. You can restart the manhunt from the menu which involves doing the control points, broadcast and DCD bounty takeover again but there's still no guarantee you'll get it.

If you have the patience you could wait till the 15.1 patch that'll fix most of the issues we've been having including the missing key and that way they might grant it retroactively instead of being required to do it all again.

It would be a budget and man power problem for Massive anyways, with them having to bring in help from multiple studios and outsource stuff like UI and Music for Countdown, it seems like with the current number of employees working ont the game (35) they can continue to operate and make the story driven season content until they're told "this is definitely the end of content support". As it stands the only MTX opportunities they've implemented into the game has been the $10 season pass. A vast majority of the long term players and anyone new to the game will take the plunge for that amount and think little of it, but for continued spend (which I'm damn sure alot of people would consider) it seems like the decision to broaden their income from digital content sales is set in stone for D2. If you compare it to their other popular titles including Siege and For Honor - their MTX Systems are pretty robust and allow players to make the decisions on a regular basis to buy stuff - without the success of Warlords of new york in terms of overall sales, we wouldn't even have a season 9.

They can't really go for max profit over quality here when they haven't provided an avenue to tease players into hooking up their credit cards for anything more than $10. I'm not sure who's decision that was, i appreciate it but from a business stand point it doesn't seem like they'd be able to recoup dev time and costs on a $10 season track when you think about guesstimated player numbers.

I've seen it first hand and we all failed to extract because of it, and that's from people who would activate them multiple times after being told. Atleast in my case on Eu servers the lack of English can make it difficult since there's diversity and language barriers but stupidity and misunderstanding are two common factors in the division.

Try out The Summit and Countdown. These modes allow you to target the specific type of loot you want to achieve like shotguns, lmgs, gear sets, brands etc. I'm sure if you matchmake Countdown the other players can carry you through and the loot will drop.

If you YouTube some ideas in your mind like "lmg build division 2" and get the names of pieces that are mentioned you can farm for it in those modes. I.e petrov defense group or LMGs. You could also ask questions in #td2-build-advice

Theres the exclusive Yahl and System corruption gear items along with named items. You can get the named items from caches outside of the DZ though. If you're not a PvP player or have little reason to play in the current meta you'd need a team, lots of energy to trash talk and know a thing or two about corner glitching. Theres confirmed content for the next year. That means September and January (dates or months not confirmed but season 9 currently will run till atleast early September). The devs themselves said they'd love to make content beyond a year 4 but that will be a decision made by the producers at ubisoft and that alone will depend on the success of the 3 title updates scheduled this year. In terms of expansion, nothing on the same scale as Warlords will be coming. From what has been stated - more story driven content in the usual season system, changes to existing systems, introduction of new features and gameplay content etc. At current all we know is that the specialisation revamp is still due to release at some point this year.

Just keep in mind that there's currently a bug related to the key you're given when completing the DCD manhunt takeover mission. There's a high chance that when completing it in a group you'll not receive it.

Massive is making an Avatar Game, and a Star Wars Game, so ubisoft gave up on division 2 for those 2 games. However because the expansion sold well, and we had many player during the first 4 seasons, ubi decided to give Division 2 more content, that's why we got this new update so late, they had to make a new team mixed with veterans from Division 2. So next year depends on how well this year goes.
