this new pass (and the y10 anni of div 1 event): 10 dollars, 20 levels.

I've been farming exotics for over a week now to make a core dtr set. If they roll bad, should I just say meh, and grind again and start again?

Yeah I kind of agree. The whole point seems to be farm gear to climb up the tiers and get a chance at top end not grab something from T3/4 and optimise it perfectly. Or if they include it, then it will probably be pretty expensive so it doesn't kill the whole point of escalations.

I do think recalibration would be good though. There'sa lot of RNG to get something great in some cases like chest and weapons.

i know in post-apocalyptic stories almost everything's wiped out and everyone's forced to use walkie talkies and back to traditional methods

just the fact that The Division takes place in a post-apocalyptic world but computers, phones, hell - even an AI still exists really scratched that itch that i wanted. it's a niche thing but i love it

i play solo 100% of the time and having an extra firepower is neat

Max I've seen is like 80% of the bar when I was trying to get some for smart cover (which are gear mods but theyre kinda similar)

I'm sure you CAN get maxed from craft but highly unlikely, same for drops but higher difficulty you get higher quality more often

yep, escalation for gear, if it's useless gear breakdown for cores, if you have 30 expertise use cores to upgrade the gear you're using into proto type or hope for a decent drop from escalation

you'll be able to force some combos with upgrading like skill tiers or armor tiers on sets, the stuff that drops can be higher RNG for stats and ranks of the stats but yeah you can get by ignoring expertise and upgrading x.o

it's 1/2 per item, takes 2 items for 1 rank, or some stupid amount of kills while wearing it. I mostly wore stuff I didn't have expertise in and rotated a few things at a time that didn't break a build and donated resources/filament

Sets and brands can be targeted and donated for easy ranks, the named takes a bit longer, then exotic is a bit rougher

Best times to push push is when there is an expertise or proficieny event going on but you can kinda just slowly work on it while doing stuff with what you breakdown or donate stuff you don't have maxed

I would target whatever you need, the blueprints are random from a specific pool.
(You cannot get duplicates though)

Hyena Retal completion has a pool of chameleon, mosquito, mantis, scorpio and overdogs so you do enough of hyena you'll get the blueprint hopefully

Challenging or heroic if you can handle those. The lower difficulties are super low chance of getting the blueprints. I think it was something like 50% on heroic
