Well the idea is when you naturally lose stacks, you will be doing too much dmg to maintain stacks, and most enemies you shoot won't help you build stacks. Burst is more effective in those cases

Can be a few reasons. One is if people don't pick up the 3 random boosts/ modifiers (by interacting with the 3 portable SHD servers) that are protected by hunters, or people heading straight for VIP. Sometimes the chests can cause a game disconnect. The mode can be a little iffy due to the player count as well.

The expertise circle around the expertise number (on the donation screen) will increment if you have valid pieces available (marked junk). If you don't have anything that can add to expertise, then it won't move. It takes most of the weapons and equipment in game to reach expertise 30. But keep an eye on the circle meter around the expertise number. It will (slowly) move on valid donations of weapons, gear or materials.

I agree that you cannot run tank the way you do in games where you simply tank tons of dmg if you are running heroic or higher content, especially in a group. At the same time its on a scale, you can use bulwark to mitigate the dmg you will take, if you position well. If you can put threat on ur build, run aegis or cavalier and birdies quick fix it will make you one million times more useful to a team than a bad dps. Is this something I want my teammate to run in T5 or above Escalation? No, but in heroic summit? Thats fine

Not everyone is playing the hardest content in the game, if people are new to the game and they are just hearing tanks don't exist then it turns them off the game. I think it would be better if we give suggestions that can work in game but with the caveat of "the game doesn't really reward this type of gameplay as much as running your standard damage build" so they have the option at least, and some people would enjoy playing that way.

You have 3 methods :

1. Solo hunting but you will have hard time even it's normal difficulty
2. Open world map, select matchmaking then select open world exploration, 8/10 of the matches are doing Kitsunebi hunts.
3. Use #lfg-pc to find people that are hunting the Kitsunebi squads/Ronin for Sakura keys.

You go to a zone invaded, and do the world objectives,

Then go to retal screen on the map, and press initiate retaliation i think

If you do other mission that features other faction, you'll piss off that other faction.

Anything works, if your agitation meter is 0, it should go up fast if you do a mission instead of random open world activity.

If its already 80% for example, then yeah you can do some random open world activity.

I’ll have to make another one and test it, the only full red I’ve done is my sniper and for the most part I’ve done pretty well with it

but I also haven’t really gone above challenging difficulty while solo except for a bit of a run in the summit

not sure if I should bump my world difficulty up to heroic or not

If your agitation meter is 300% that means you can do retaliation for that faction 3 times.

I can guarantee my KD ratio in dark zone is substantially worse

Largely because I’ve never been in there with an actual PvP build; until recently I hadn’t been in there with an actual build of any kind, PvE or otherwise, despite playing the game since shortly after release
