Curious; Does this exist for other endgame activities as well?

Trying to get Tempest, getting checkpoints and soloing everything up to 100 is fine.. I just can't manage 100 solo (Legendary/Heroic) yet and the people i get via matchmaking are.. let's just say underwhelming would be an upgrade. Every second person just afk's once they go down once or leaves lol
