Yes, the division 100% supports controllers and it won’t cancel out your mouse and keyboard when it is plugged in so you can sit down your controller and test out the mouse and keyboard

I think division like most PC games support PlayStation controllers, but they will show up as Xbox buttons

no, so the "Missions" it's referring to are most likely the classified assignments, and unlocking the specs just takes a bunch of time to do if you don't buy the boosted edition.

and the classifieds aren't targeted with any loot so they're irrelevant when it comes to getting meta gear. they're just fun little side missions in unique areas with puzzles and backpack charms.

Unlocking certain specs takes some time. But it won't take a crazy amount of time. I think with the UE you will unlock three by default already

To be honest the play here seems to be craft contractors/ fox/ hollow man mask. Expertise them to 30, hope they get the weapon damage roll

Cause then they'll have two maxed rolls each. And you can get that from day 1. That gives you a basis to do the higher content, then you can farm gear normally. The hardest part will be the getting started from scratch part

Police M4, St. Elmo and Lexington shares the same platform, each of them having slightly better stats/talents; but there is a yet better weapon, Eagle Bearer, harder to use but once you learn to use it (especially Tenacity) could be a real life saver

Was it the very first time you did them last night? If so, that was the Story mode invasion. With that complete, you've reached the endgame and there's an invasion every week (on Tuesdays), with three missions, one stronghold plus tidal basin. You don't have to complete them, they're entirely optional, but it's not a bad way of getting extra specialisation points and blueprints.

Yeah, you've basically just taken the step from Story mode (where everything you do achieves some kind of progress for the game world) to Endgame (where you're basically just repeating stuff so the game world doesn't really change, you're just getting better gear and working up the difficulty levels)

I think I read that one of your attributes will automatically get maxed out always but the other one is not, and you'll still have to optimize it with the new currency over time regardless. Only applicable to upgraded gear.

all proto gear is better than default gear, because they will have from 1 to 3 overcaped stats either from drop or from upgrading. When you go the upgrading route you need to have an item with all stas maxed out and with expertise upgrade at 30 to then become proto and have 1 to 3 rolls overcaped

the odds of getting more than 1 stat overcaped appears to be low and thenincrease is always 1.5x

which is random, has levels that you can upgrade and can stack with other proto gear

Stovepipe is a really cool mission in concept, but it's completely killed by the seasonal system
it's the only two-part climax mission, but since the 2nd part was tied to the season, you can't play it anymore
you just have to suffer through the awful first half and then watch someone else on YouTube play through the fun second half
