Aggro in this game is incredibly simplistic, enemies just target whoever is dealing the most damage to them. Even if you're up in their face with a bulwark shield, the enemy will still be hard focused on the DPS units shooting at them, and the DPS will then die.
In addition to this, at Heroic and Legendary (even more so for the latter), even if you stack up as many cores, PFE and other random defensive stuff as you can, you will still die easily when you're facetanking enemies. So you just become a burden for the other players.
Either way, if you run tank, expect nobody to like you. Especially if you're doing Legendary.

There are very specific scenarios in which a tank works (IH raid is a prominent example), and a more support-oriented tank can work in Legendary, but it's 1. not the most optimal, 2. still requires good DPS to follow up (you're not solo'ing the stronghold with a build like that), 3. you're not going to be pointing a bulwark shield at the enemy, you're going to be landing Scorpio shots, and 4. still demands you to have deep knowledge of enemy spawns, enemy prioritization, how the enemy AI works, etc.

My game informed theres a tidal basin invasion but it shows up with nothing
Anyway i can go back to normal tidal basin instead of manhunt

Yeah you'll get the notification about tidal basin being invaded the first time you open the map after the Tuesday reset every week. It's just the regular weekly invasion (tidal basin doesn't change but the other invaded stronghold and missions change each week)

If you want to clear the whole weekly invasion, tidal basin is traditionally the final step: you would do the invaded missions, then the first stronghold, then tidal. It used to be locked until you completed the stronghold (just as the stronghold is locked until you've completed the missions) but that was changed when they added legendary difficulty, so people could access it at any time.

You can toggle between manhunt version and regular version (and invaded version on missions that are part of the current week's invasion) from the mission options, just look for the 'toggle mission mode' prompt.
