For me it is between tritanopia and deuteranopia, something like that but realy intense.
In this case I have to turn of the colors in windows and play the game in black and white in order to not to have my eyes literally melt down by this yellowish filter. It hurts, truly hurts.

for overdogs, you can try TL gloves in countdown, or just do hyena retaliations to get the blueprint if you're unlucky

just note that because of a bug, you cannot reroll the stats of the overdogs, you can only optimize them which gets really expensive. so if you get one with really bad rolls, you're better off finding another one

I think it was the "one world update" or a similar name.
You can get to Lvl 40 without ever leaving DC, and then get your Watch at the White House.

There is one you can do, but you can also just do a couple control points on heroic

world drop means it drops from anything, not specific to a raid or what not, there was a perk roll on this specific linear fusion rifle that outdid everything else in terms of DPS and this lasted for quite a while

Depends on the build. Headhunter's Fury is a rather common and fun build, an M870 is recommended for that. With this event you can use an ACS and do good damage with it, but a Super 90 also works
