I liked being able to have my Companion Target the big bad boss guys as I cleared the rooms out. Companion was so fun when utilized correctly. Sometimes bro actually felt like a real dude. Whiffing his Rocket Launcher shots all the time.

realismt doesnt have many items and mechanics that are tied to loot and RPG system of the game as such, acitivities and other content wouldnt fit or offer proper rewards

so after defeating the final boss you are pretty much done in realism

realism is just one of the DLC campaigns isolated with different ruleset, main game is in a bigger map with much more content

Nope, that would make it way harder to find him. When you get close enough to one of his spawns it'll decide whether or not to make him appear, if not then you can try a different spawn or log off and on again.
Once he's spawned he has a 30m cooldown before he'll respawn anywhere else.

There was something called "classified gear sets" in div1, if you had those, you could run 6pcs of the same type
